Villa located in the village of senior Capicciola 8 minutes walk from one of the finest sandy beach in southern Corsica (Villata). (Naturism is possible). This beautiful beach ideal for young children allows them to enjoy the sea safely.
(Possibility to anchor a boat or a sailboard).

Le Pinarello fishing village located 5 kms is the starting point for trips to the Lavezzi Islands. It offers many water activities (boat rentals, diving club, sailing activities). Its sandy beach is lined with several friendly restaurants.
The beautiful bay of Saint Cyprien located minutes qqs also offers many activities and restaurants "waterfront" very reputable (eg "blue shed") ...
15 km Porto Vecchio remains a famous tourist city.
the proximity of the installation and rivers offers many hiking opportunities for all levels.
A St. Lucie de Porto Vecchio (10 mins drive) you will find all the shops and a medical center (doctors, physiotherapist, pharmacy ..)
