Thank you for taking time to leave a review. We are constantly striving to make our place as comfortable as possible for our guess. Our building is one of the older resorts along the beach, but its the proximity to the shoreline greatly makes up for its age. I personally love the view from our condo. The location of this condo offers a view for miles and miles down the coastline. While we didn't have direct impact from Hurricane Micheal, we did have quite a bit of wind blown debris that has since been cleaned. We are in the process of getting a new roof and I look for our balcony railings to be repainted soon. Thank you for Booking with Caron's Condos. ~Caron

This was a great condo, not too high and dog friendly. The communication with the owner was wonderful, always wanted to hear if we needed anything. The amenities were great, pools were nice and clean; and personnel were always friendly. I would say the floors need a good mopping, but that was really the only negative; seriously a great condo and would definitely stay there again.

I was very happy with this condo. The condo is beautiful and well furnished. The view is great too. I especially liked the master bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and utensils. The sun was very hot shining directly in the windows in the afternoon (of course we closed the curtains) but it also provided gorgeous sunsets! I would come here again.

Amazing sunsets!!!

Caron, Thank you for sharing your lovely beach home with our family. This condo is as pictured. Property is older, condo is updated and nicely appointed. We were traveling with my 88 year old father, so it was great that the condo was only a few steps from the elevator. We really enjoyed the gorgeous views from the balcony and bedroom! Caron was a joy to work with and responded to our questions quickly!

Cleaning and plumbing problems

The condo was nice but we only had one bathroom for 4 people do to plumbing issues so it was difficult to stay on track with scheduled activities the condo wasn't as clean as it should have been for the price if they clean the 2 nd bathroom properly the would of known the bathtub wasn't draining. I feel she should have gave upa small discount for the inconvenience by all and all we still had a very nice time
