This is a spacious furnished apartment connected to my home. Large bedroom with queen sized bed, queen sized air mattress, living room, dinning nook, kitchenette and bathroom. As well as a shared 2 car driveway and private direct entrance into the apartment. The queen sized air mattress fits in the common area or comfortably in the main bedroom.

The apartment is less than 5 miles from Dover Downs & DSU, less than 3 miles from Wesley College, and only minutes from the Dover AFB. Located just off of the Route 1 exits as well.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OR ANIMALS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED IN THE UNIT - Unfortunately, I can not host reservations with animals. I have severe allergies and the ventilation between the home and the apartment is shared as well as all outdoor spaces on the property. My physical health is a priority . Requests with animals will be declined. Reservations who show with an animal will be immediately cancelled without refund, a claim for the $150 security deposit as well as an additional $350 fee for deep cleaning and duct cleaning to remove all traces of allergens.

Self Check-In/Check-out

Maximum occupancy is 4 guest regardless of ages.
Only guest on the itinerary are permitted on the property.
Security deposit can be forfeited if rules are broken to cover amount of any damages.
No parties or social gatherings.

Any fines, and or tickets obtained due to violations as served by police officials will be the sole responsibility of the reserving guest.

No food or dirty dishes and or pots should be left out over night.

Kindly Park in driveway or street parking available.

My home is backed by a very wooded area. So there is a potential for the occasional woodland bug (water bugs, spiders, rollie polies) and animals (moles, deer, rabbits and birds). Bug spray is provided.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $150

Screened porch area and shed located in the backyard is off limits.

The apartment has a private entrance located on the right side of the home.
