Studio with gardens, swimming pool and tennis
Comfortable studio in a luxurious residence. Beautiful living space with sofa bed or bed 2 places quality, equipped kitchen, nice bathroom recent. Very healthy apartment and good hygiene to respect. Sea view, southern exposure, nice terrace of 12m2 and its garden of 36 m2 in private. Located in the best part of the residence. Very relaxing, we wake up with the singing of birds ... Pool 23 x 11m, tennis clay beaten below the terraces. Easy access to the sand beaches by the gate of the park, barely 10 minutes. Shops nearby. Croisette and Palais des Festivals 3 kms. Ideal for 2 people maximum. Parking in the residence.

Parfait studio avec vue
L'interaction avec le propriétaire a été très agréable et l'organisation parfaite car j'arrivais tard. Appartement studio très propre.
La résidence est agréable, très bien entretenue avec une vue charmante sur les jardins avec arbres matures et la mer.
La topographie peut être un challenge pour certain.
J'étais sur Cannes pour un salon. La connexion avec cannes Centre par bus se fait très facilement en moins 10 min.

Très beau studio, bien équipé, surplombant magnififiques piscine et tennis dans copropriété fleurie très bien entretenue. Situation très calme, à 7 mn de la plage à pied.

Confort, calme et vue magnifique
Contact facile et très sympathique avec Francoise. Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans ce grand studio confortable, propre et bien aménagé.
Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur la verdure, le soleil et la mer au loin…le bonheur dès le matin!
Coté activités, nous avons surtout alterné les journées à la plage ou piscine/tennis avec la découverte de Cannes et de l’arrière-pays.
Aucun soucis donc, séjour très reposant et à recommander ! Merci
