Room has private entry with patio with table and chairs. There is a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker downstairs. Kitchen and laundry room are upstairs. We purchased this property in November of 2017, due to its proximity to Lake Oroville, its warm feel and beautiful surroundings. The short drive to Oroville for specialty coffee, shopping and restaurants (we can suggest a few really good ones) takes ten minutes.
