Restored 1816 Home with Private Courtyard, Parking by Lucky Savannah

Guests are sure to feel Savannah's change of pace in this two hundred-year old home located in the National Landmark Historic District. Up to five Lucky guests will enjoy three bedrooms and an impressive private outdoor area, making Jasmine Place ideal for families and close friends.

Park your car in a safe and secure spot behind the home and enter into your slice of Southern charm. A living room with ample seating and flat screen TV is your new gathering spot as you plan your day. Upon your return, open the French doors to the patio and enjoy the sounds of historic Savannah.

A full kitchen makes cooking easy, with granite countertops and a dishwasher. A wine fridge keeps bottles cool while you're out exploring. Attached to the kitchen is a formal dining room, which comfortably seats six guests. Keurig on property.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms can be found. The first guest room has a Queen size bed, flat screen TV, and ample closet space to unpack and feel at home. The second guest room has a Full size bed and beautiful views of the town. Both rooms share a full bath with tub/shower combo, accessed from the hall. The primary bedroom is towards the end of the hall and gives two lucky guests plenty of space to sprawl out and feel pampered. The primary bath is en suite and boasts a walk-in shower and double vanity.

Outside, enjoy sweet tea in the courtyard while taking advantage of the grill for dinner. Jasmine Place is the perfect place for families or close friends that might as well be family.

Spend your days walking the cobblestone streets of the river front. Grab a drink to go in the City Market area while you pop in and out of shops on Broughton Street. Take a pedicab down to the Forsyth Park area and play local for a night at one of the well-frequented restaurants off the beaten path. Jasmine Place is central to it all!

Great location. Easy access. Well maintained. Walking distance to waterfront and historic district. Charming little private courtyard.One issue to call out; it smells like dog pee downstairs where there is carpeting in areas. This definitely would be something to address with a deep carpet clean.

Amazing stay in Savannah

Great Place!!! We had our 1st sisters trip in our 50’s. It was a beautiful home super clean. 1 block off the river walk which was amazing. Also this location comes with a parking spot this is a huge bonus in Savannah. I highly recommend doing a trolley ride the 1st or 2nd day. Lucky Savannah was a great company to book with very responsive, and super sweet employees. We loved this Vrbo and trip

Kitchen was outdated and things such as utensils, cookware, cutting boards etc. are very used and old. I had to change the shower curtain in the main bathroom as it was dirty. It would be great to have some extra towels and kitchen towels to use. Lucky Savannah management company was very attentive and informative. Overall it was fine and I would recommend the house but bring extra supplies if you can.

Great location south of all the tourist restaurants/ bars/ shopping, but close enough to walk. AC worked great, hot showers, nice little patio for morning coffee and we got lucky with free street parking. It got a little loud with auto traffic early mornings but that was the only negative I can give. We will definitely stay there again.

Quaint cute

Very sweet property with plenty of space for our adult child and spouse and our teen son. Enjoyed walking to River Street. Parking a bit tight for our Yukon but managed fine. Back gate entry a plus !!

Location Was Great

My husband, 2 1/2yr old and I stayed for 5 nights. The location was fantastic, the dedicated parking spot and courtyard were great bonuses. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Our biggest issue was the mattresses, they are fairly firm and we weren’t fans of them.

Lovely home in Historic District

Truly lovely three days with two old friends. The house was perfect—big enough for us ro each have our own bedroom, clean, well-located. The folks at Lucky Savannah were very responsive, helpful and polite to the few questions I had. NOTE: electric kettle works, but leaks, and is, I think, a hazard. Needs to be replaced. Thx!

Beautiful and comfortable house with great location.

Beautiful home with 3 bedrooms including an ensuite master bedroom. The house is very comfortable and only a block from the river district. The historic distict is also a short distance.I would definitely stay there again.

Great Spot

Overall, this was a great place to stay at. The price was reasonable for the location. Real close to the Riverfront and access to plenty of shops. Restaurants weren't a problem either. Almost everything we wanted to do was easily within walking distance. Only "issue" that we had was there was no Kleenex tissue and no coffee filters. Small things but it require us to go and pick some up. Again, small things and didn't hamper our stay. I would stay here again for sure.

Lots of space for the 5 of us to eat breakfast and play games in the evening at the dinning room. Our main complaints were: lack of dish towels in the kitchen and mainfloor bathroom, mattresses need to be replaced, and someone was parked in our stall most of the time so we had to find street parking.
