Solana Beach and Del Mar Race Track/ Fairgrounds, Legoland, Zoo, Sea World, San Elijo Lagoon. Best Weather San Diego has to offer. Walk to 50 restaurants, grocery stores and bars. 15 minute walk to Train/Coaster, get anywhere in San Diego on the train. One mile to beach fun at Fletcher Cove, Pillbox, or Cardiff State Beach. Located conveniently west of I-5, we do get some freeway noise. It doesn't bother most people but we do want you to know. There is plenty of off street parking and the cottage perched on a hill in the back yard. You do need to walk up a staircase to get to the private cottage. This isn't an issue for most of our guest but if you are elderly or have a difficult time navigating stairs, you may want to consider an alternate place to stay.
