2 bedroom apt approx. 20 min drive from Downtown Boston or Harvard Square,10 minute drive from Boston College. MBTA 51 bus stop down the street that goes to Forest Hills Station and 7 minute walk from Commuter Rail station and 36, 37, 38 bus stops.

Very spacious and very bright, with plenty of windows and natural light. 1 bathroom, full kitchen, living room, and dining room. Front and back porches that are great for lounging. Bathroom has tub and shower. Kitchen has dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, equipped with plates/ cups/ utensils, etc

2nd floor apartment in a 2 apartment house. You will not be sharing the apartment with anyone and will have a private entrance into the apartment. We live on the first floor apartment and will be available if you need anything or have any questions. We are a couple with two daughters who are in college. Furnished with a full sized bed (which can sleep 2), a queen sized bed, full kitchen with full size refrigerator, dining room table/chairs, living room has pull out couch, chairs, and flat screen 50'' Smart TV with HDMI cable. Front porch has comfortable seating.

This is a quiet street in a very safe, family friendly, and lovely neighborhood. On the main street (7 min walk away) there is a Starbucks, grocery store, nail/ hair salons, gas station, restaurants, CVS, Walgreens, BofA, etc.

This is a very comfortable, safe, and quiet place to stay in a beautiful neighborhood and is conveniently located near public transportation or a short drive/Uber ride to tourist destinations in the Boston area. Street parking in front of our home is free and easily accessible.

If you are looking to stay for a long period of time (ex. interning/ staying in Boston for the summer) then we can negotiate a weekly/ monthly rate.

Wonderful

Everything was wonderful. It was a little farther outside the city than I would have liked but uber/lyft were always around and cost about $20 to get into the city. There is local commuter rail but we didn't use it uber/lyft was just easier for us. Daniel was easy to get in touch with and was very kind. I would recommend this place over and over again and hopefully will be able to make it back one day!! Thank you for a great stay in Boston.

September Stay

This was a great property, very clean. I had wished that it would be located a little closer to Boston as we didn't drive a car and used Uber to get to Downtown. Given that, we would still stay here again without hesitation. The owners live downstairs and are there if you need them. Everything was laid out so well, we never needed to contact them. Great stay

Very clean!

Everything seemed very clean. The hardwood floors may even have been shinier than shown in the pics! We were in town for a college graduation and essentially only there to sleep, and eat breakfast and spend our days with the graduate visiting Boston. No issues to report. A typical suburban neighborhood; my fiance was comfortable taking a walk outside after dark with no hesitations. The kitchen seemed stocked with anything needed to make a basic meal. Lots of fluffy bath towels, and plenty of blankets if needed. We had no need for heat or A/C (the window units were not yet installed) so I cannot comment on either. It also was not quite warm enough to sit outside on porch, but it gets plenty of sun in the front. If our graduate were staying in the Boston area, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely fully equipped accommodation in quiet leafy area. Close to all amenities. Spotlessly clean!!!

We enjoy a 9 night stay in this lovely clean fully equipped accommodation. Very short Uber rides to buses and trains. 5 minute walk to pharmacy, bakery, great diner (very good breakfast),off license and lovely forestry walks. No through traffic. Only noise was bird song. Highly recommended!!

Convenient to Faulkner Hospital and restaurants

This was a very convenient place to stay for visits to Faulkner hospital. The kitchen supplies were plentiful and made it easy to do meals at the apartment. Beds were comfortable and the whole place was very clean. The living room furniture could use a refresh. It wasn’t a place for sitting around or lounging, but not too bad if spending most of the time out and about rather than in the apartment. The stairs up to the apartment were a challenge for my mom, so that should be considered. We didn’t meet the owners, but they were quick to answer questions via the app. Decks would be more usable with some seating. Warm weather made us grateful for the AC. WiFi worked well. Overall a comfortable stay.

A wonderful apartment in a perfect neighborhood

This place was perfect for our family. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. There was a beautiful shaded playground at the end of the road. And it was a short walk to restaurants, shops, etc. for dinner or quick meals. The apartment itself is spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. If I am being super picky, we didn’t love the couch too much, but overall the place was honestly above any expectations!

Magical fun-filled stay

We stayed at our home away from home for three days and it was perfect. The closeness to the bus line and connecting subway was just what we needed. After a long day exploring Boston it was nice to come back to a quiet home with the most comfortable beds. I will definitely plan on staying here again for my next trip to Boston. We enjoyed our stay in the Brook Farm apartment. It is well equipped, clean, cute and well maintained. The neighborhood is very pleasant and centrally located. The air conditioning is key (and much appreciated) during the summer! I would definitely recommend this apartment to my friends.

Easy to navigate to and from city of Boston and surrounding activities. We stayed five nights and it was ideal. It is a second floor apartment if stairs are a problem for you. We found several interesting local restaurants.
