Unsafe property

This property is unsafe for any age. The house has cement stairs with out railings. My 80 year old mother fell backwards & had to be rushed to the hospital due to no railings to hold onto! Addressed incident with property manager & we are being blown off . Never heard from home owner regarding injured person at their property. This could easily be a lawsuit.

This home is safe and is a super nice home. There is no way the home deserves a one star rating. The homeowner was informed immediately and new railings are being installed.

Overall it was great!

The only thing I would suggest as a seasoneded vacationer would be to have a binder on the desk with instructions. We had to spend a bit of time figuring things out. For instance, we never figured out how to turn on the Fireplace. The BBQ was hard but my husband was able to figure it out. How to work the big TV (dvd/remote) a and better instructions for the pool. Other than that it was a great house in a great location. Thank you!!
