The kitchen includes a large island with bar seating—ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks—while the adjacent deck invites you to fire up the BBQ (seasonal availability) and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
The upper level hosts the main living area along with the primary bedroom, featuring a comfortable queen bed. Downstairs, two additional queen bedrooms offer restful retreats, along with a well-appointed bathroom complete with a relaxing jacuzzi tub. A two-car garage and large driveway provide convenient parking.

Adventure is right outside your door. Hiking and biking trails are nearby, with the West Shore bike path just one block away, connecting you along Highway 89 to Tahoe City and beyond. Sugar Pine Point State Park and the sandy shores of Chambers Landing Beach are within walking distance (approximately 15 minutes on foot).
