Cozy 2 bedroom bungalow 400 steps from the boardwalk and beach in the West End of Long Beach, New York. Walking distance to all of the shops, bars, and restaurants! The house has a spiritual zen feeling a great place to have fun or just relax. There isa 30 foot deck with a lounge and barbecue the cathedral ceilings inside the House gives a spacious vibe but yet still cozy!!

It’s close enough to the party and yet you can come back and have your own party in peace
Or enjoy the quiet .
My home is the only home on the block with a wrap around deck for dining and lounging sun bathing and more !!! I am 400 steps to the sand
