Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this exceptional vacation townhome located minutes from great beaches, enticing village restaurants and sunsets on the pier. Courtyard Villa is a well-loved condominium complex located at the south-end of the island. This unit is ideal for small families!

This attractive, completely updated, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome is located in Courtyard Villa complex, near the beach, “The Village” and pier. Walk down towards the village area and you will find a great public park with tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, baseball fields and a children's playground.

This villa has a bright, fully equipped, modern kitchen with a divider/counter looking into the dining and living room. The living room has sofa, and comfortable club chair, flat screen TV and a back door to a private patio. The dining room table will seat 6 comfortably and there is ample counter space and bar stools for your morning coffee. There is a half bath located off of the foyer.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen bed. The guest bedroom has a set of twin beds. A full modernized bathroom serves both bedrooms. Both of the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The upstairs bedroom has updated décor. A full-sized washer and dryer are in a closet in the hallway.

The patio area has fresh, new landscaping. Courtyard Villa has a large community pool (pool is open seasonally).

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• No pets are allowed in this unit.
• One marked parking space. Additional cars may park in unmarked space.

Perfect amount of space for a family of 3-4. The back patio was sunny and nice for enjoying our morning coffee. The pool was clean and convenient for relaxing by in the afternoon sun. A short golf cart ride to town/pier.

Fun near the beach

The condo is very nice and clean. It can fit five adults comfortably. More than that would be a tight fit. The location is close to the beach and main steeet approximately a 15-minute walk. The drive to the public beach is very short about 8 minutes. It was nice having the pool right outside the front door. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

We cooked all our meals There due to pandemic decided was safer. The pool was right in front of the condo, well located close to everything, even the beach. The only thing we were missing was a better cable tv since there was not even one child friendly program, and Poor tv selection. Rental company should suggest guess to take their iphods and dvd movies since there’s a DVD player in the condo. Other than that our experience was great! Quiet neighbors, clean, and even a friendly cat visited everyday, my kids loved that!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Due to the Coronavirus we stayed 16 days of the month we reserved. This is the second year we rented this unit. We had some issues with the rental this year: additional vacuuming required, furniture in living room in poor shape needs replacing, ice bin badly cracked didn't work to hold ice. Reported early in our stay but not fixed by the time we left.
