Pool View - optional BIKES - Walk 2 Pier Village

Newly renovated 1 bedroom condo has the best balcony view. U will enjoy the south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk 2 the pier, shops, & restaurants. Walk to live music! Master has a King size bed & the living room has sleeper sofa. Unit comes w/ furnishings & BUSINESS CLASS WIFI. Access to tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated) laundry facilities (coin operated). 2 bikes to use for additional fee. NO PETS or ANIMALS ALLOWED. CONTACT ME for a link to ALL listings.

*Usage of 2 Bike during your entire trip: $20
*Change your reservation dates: $20 (This is at the discretion of the owners and is not guaranteed).

If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20. Just let me know and I can do a money request.

By booking on this platform, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. Additionally, please keep in mind that this cancellation policy is also maintained through all situations. For example, during Hurricane Season, it is important for guests to check if there is a large storm that would be approaching the United States and make a personal decision if it is best to keep the reservation or cancel the
reservation and schedule a different time. Your booking platform may offer vacation insurance which I believe can be purchased at the time of booking. However, we are not affiliated with that or know anything about that process or coverage. The guests would have to work with your booking platform directly in order to sort all of that out. However, if an evacuation is ordered for the area, then reservations will be canceled and fully refunded.

Balcony overlooking heated pool

Pleasant, well-located place. Quiet neighbors. Short walk to the restaurants downtown. Bike paths are abundant. Always nice to get back to St. Simons.

Wonderful weekend getaway!

The unit was just as described. Very clean and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The owner was great with communication. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay again soon!

Lovely Stay

Our stay was relaxing and very convenient to all of the things we love about SSI. We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony with views of the pool and the beautiful trees shading us. Thanks for offering your unit.

Mini Vacation

This is the second time at this property and we were not disappointed. The condo is clean and comfortable with nice view of the pool. Close to the shops and restaurants, walkable if you enjoy a semi-long walk. The heated pool is a real plus for spring or fall stays. This will always be our go to place on the island.

Great Location

Stayed here with my husband for a little get away. We've been to SSI 5 times. This was the best property we stayed at; great location and the pool view was wonderful. We actually used the balcony at night. Loved how close we were to the village as we walked everywhere. Got updates from the owner when the cable went out; not that we noticed we were too busy enjoying the island. We will definitely stay here again!

Quiet St Simons Condo

We enjoyed a quick overnight stay at this quiet condo! Next time we'll try to stay a few more nights. There's a nice pool area just outside the condo and surprisingly it wasn't noisy. Perfect for 2-4 people. We had a problem accessing check-in info when we arrived (not owner related). I was able to call David and he texted check-in info immediately.

50th Anniversary

Unit well kept. Bike were a plus with many trails in the area. Echo at King and Prince no great, but Barbara Jeans downtown was great. St Simmons great for families. Need glass measure cup, new microwave in unit, some sprocket and chain oil on bikes.

Excellent service and cleanliness

We definitely enjoyed our visit! The balcony was so relaxing and so was the pool! The down stairs neighbor was very rude upon my arrival due to me having 3 kids ranging in ages from 2 to 9 that had been in a car for over 2.5 hours then on the beach all day. I was a 1 man band with 3 kids by myself. So getting cussed and yelled at by the downstairs neighbor didn’t set well with me nor him approaching later in the evening asking me why I threw macaroni and cheese off of the balcony into his flower bed was a bit frustrating. Mind you I did not cook while I was there nor did I even have macaroni anywhere in the condo. I did have a problem with the door lock beeping but the owner was quick to respond and came out within 15 minutes to fix it! I was very impressed! Overall we enjoyed our stay just beware of the down stairs neighbor as he is not a fan of children or women that stand their ground.

The complex was really easy to get to. Our GPS took us straight there. This is the very first building when you turn in too so access was easy as well. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The AC worked fantastic and the hot water was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked for a short stay and had everything we needed. The view is splendid and the pool is very nice as well. The bed and pull out couch were also both very comfortable. Overall a very well maintained rental and we hope to be able to stay here in the future because it had easy access to getting to the beach and pier.

Island Getaway

Wonderful Three Weeks

This was our 3rd time at Ocean Walk and our first time in this unit. We loved it. The best things about this particular condo are: Dave, the host. He was attentive, responsive, and very caring. The balcony, the view was wonderful, always something to see. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The location, a very easy walk to town. We rented bikes from Dave and he has a lot from which to choose so there should be something for everyone. As others have said, the condo does need some TLC but nothing major. We would rent this condo again in a heartbeat.

Exactly what we needed

Loved this place. Comfortable bed and couch and loved the view—especially at night. If I could give the host ten stars, I would, as he was all about making our stay the best. If I had a question it was answered within minutes. Found lots to do in the area with pickleball and restaurants leading the list! Great beach nearby. Hope to get back here soon, and will rebook this property!

Relaxation Get Away
