Bay View Villas 101 is a first-floor, three bedroom two bathroom condo with a beautiful view of the bay, just over the protected dunes. Relax and soak up the sun in the community pool while breathing in the crisp ocean breeze. Guests will love the tasteful furnishings and décor of this condo.

The living room will greet you with its abundance of natural light pouring in through the bay window and sliding door leading to the furnished balcony. Relax in the comfortable living room that offers plenty of seating, including a sleeper sofa, and a large flat screen TV. Enjoy a nice dinner at the dining room table which seats up to 6 or cozy up to the bar for a quick breakfast before heading to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all of the luxuries of home.

On the top floor, there are two primary bedrooms. The first, the Primary Bedroom has a King size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an attached bathroom with a tub and shower combination. This room is directly waterfront and features a beautiful balcony with amazing views of the bay. Watch the sunrise from your Primary Suite! The second Primary on this level also has a King size bed and a flat-screen TV. There is an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. This level also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Wireless Internet is available. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). This unit includes 2 reserved parking spaces. No pets are allowed. Bay View Villas is a smoke-free community. No smoking is allowed inside the condo or anywhere on the property, including your condo balcony.

Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beautiful beach area with calm waves. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, a pool just for the Bay View Villas building, 2 tennis courts, private parking, and is a gated complex.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
