In the calm of the Provencal countryside, discover our beautiful small stone house, with terrace and private garden of 100 m2 for 2 to 4 people.
This is adjacent to the main villa, with independent access and living spaces opposite each other to preserve the privacy of each.

The rental is located in a magnificent one hectare property between vineyards, hundred-year-old olive trees, fig and almond trees.
You will find all the charm of Provence and will be calm lulled by the song of the cicadas (summer), while enjoying beautiful days at the beach or on walks.
We are in the heart of the Bandolais vineyard with all that this offers in wine-growing areas to discover and AOC Bandol and Côtes de Provence wines to taste (in moderation of course).

The beautiful and large Lecques beach is the closest, there is a promenade all along it with parking lots and direct access to the sand. It benefits from the 'Blue Flag' label for the quality of its waters and ports.

The T2 house measures approximately 42 m2 and includes:

A carefully decorated living room with 2 armchairs and a 2-seater sofa convertible into a 140x190 cm bed (very thick mattress for comfort), 32 '' (81cm) LCD TV LG brand + DVD player + Wi-Fi internet connection.
A fitted open kitchen (2-burner induction hob, extractor hood, fridge / freezer, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mini oven, microwave, dishes, utensils and kitchen utensils, etc.) and a dining area.
A cozy bedroom with a new quality memory bed 160 × 200 cm and large closets for storage.
A bathroom with spacious corner shower, basin and beautiful earthenware, a large mirror and wc.
Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, fans, vacuum cleaner available.

Outside, a beautiful terrace with a wrought iron garden table, very comfortable parasols and deckchairs to relax and enjoy the private garden in the shade of the mulberry tree or sunbathe.
