Perfect for a staycation, luxury getaway, a small wedding, or milestone occasion, our premium penthouse condo is located in The Parliament Condo Complex just steps from the Alberta Legislature and walking distance to Rogers Place. There is nothing else like it in the entire city.

The 800 sq. ft. rooftop patio with astroturf, 8 person hot tub, infrared sauna, bar, BBQ and putting green overlooks Victoria Park and Saskatchewan River.

The luxury continues inside with 22 ft. ceilings (and views) in the great room, top-of-the-line appliances, granite and hardwood throughout.

With beautiful views from every room. The two downstairs bathrooms are beautifully set up with queen beds and smart TVs.

The kitchen is a chef's dream with everything you could need to create a feast, and the dining room table seats 10. White leather recliner couches in the living area, and 65" Smart TV complete the first level, making it a perfect place to entertain or kick back after a long day.

Your reservation includes free wifi, one free parking space, printer/fax/scanner, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, books, games and more.

Nestled in the middle of downtown Edmonton, between Jasper Avenue and the Saskatchewan River, it's just a short walk to many 5-star restaurants, fast food, spas, liquor stores, grocery, pharmacies, yoga and more. The Alberta Legislature is a 5-minute walk away, the river is a 4-minute walk and Rogers Centre a 20 minute walk (or 5 minute Uber ride). This oasis condo is the ideal location for any holiday, work trip, or event. We offer a home away from home in the midst of the city and we invite you to be our guest!

Overall Great Property - would recommend

Anything a person could need was available in the fully stocked kitchen! Place was tidy and exactly what we were looking for to spend a weekend away for a 40th bday. The cleanliness of the hot tub was a little sketchy (fake petals and golf balls floating about) but didn't hold us back from using this beautiful rooftop patio. Lack of communication at the start was a bit frustrating and definitely not enough toilet paper available for 6 women but being able to vacation in this amazing penthouse more than made up for any minor frustrations. Would stay here again if the opportunity ever arose again in the future!

We love spending time in the outdoors whether it be the boreal forest and rivers of northern Alberta, the Rockies, the rainforest or the beaches of Australia, we love it all. This is a rare and unique property, not only in Edmonton, but anywhere in Canada. Although in a condo building, it feels like a home with two stories of living space, 22' ceilings with spectacular views, and 800 sq. ft. of outdoor patio! We are likely one of the only units in Alberta with our very own private rooftop hot tub and sauna. This is a very special home, unlike any other you'll find in the province, and perfect for special events, and pampering yourself.
