We wanted to give the same experience to people visiting our properties and be able to provide the most incredible accommodations to all of our guests.

Currently we are helping homeowners from across the country manage their investment properties / vacation rentals by welcoming guests into their homes through our property management business, Pique Properties. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and handle all the logistical work that goes into managing short term rentals. - Our house features FOUR FULL washrooms. One on the main floor, one attached to the master bedroom and the other located in the hallway upstairs and one in the downstairs.
- Stunning outside oasis with covered patio with exterior dining table and propane BBQ!
- Only a 20 minute drive to Edmonton's world famous - West Edmonton Mall (WEM) and to YEG Airport
- Beautifully decorated space by a local Edmonton Designer with Warm-Modern & Cozy furnishings and a bright warm ambiance.
- Easy self-check-in via. secure door keypad.
- 2 car garage & available street parking.
- THREE large comfortable Living rooms! which features lightening fast Wi-Fi on our large 55" SMART TV's which features complimentary Netflix.
- Huge Bonus room located upstairs with games & a foosball table for the entire family to enjoy!
What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide tall cooling towers in each upstairs bedrooms for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the home fast!
-Our home is BRAND NEW construction which is amazing with all new finishes and furniture. However, because it is a brand new neighbourhood as well, there is a bit of construction dust outside and potential construction noise while during the week and daytime hours while the neighbourhood fills out.
Our house comfortably sleeps 16 guests with 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, queen beds in the remaining 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 full bed on the main floor, and 3 queen size beds located downstairs, and one queen pullout couch in the bonus room upstairs - perfect for kids!
