Séjour très agreable

Très belle vue sur la plage de Santa Giulia. Villa très agréable, avec une belle terrasse. Petits détails à revoir notamment les placards et une parroie de douche cassée. Cette ville reste une très bonne option pour les vacances

Vacances de rêve

Superbe location, située dans une résidence calme. Possibilité d' aller à la plage à pied ( distance 1km) Très bien équipée et avec une terrasse à la vue magnifique sur la baie Lieu que je recommande vivement

Objekt in schöner Lage aber in die Jahre gekommen

Die Beschreibung und die Fotos sind zutreffend. Anfang April war es allerdings oft noch stürmisch und regnerisch, so dass wir die tolle Terrasse in der ersten Woche nicht benutzen konnten. Viele Aktivitäten und Restaurants starten erst Mitte April, das sollte man wissen. Im Haus roch es muffig und feucht (Schimmel?) Gesehen haben wir keinen. Die Terrassenliegen waren stark eingerissen, die Seifenablage in der Dusche hing herunter. Der Backofen war extrem verschmutzt, viele Gläser waren blind, das Geschirr passte gar nicht zusammen. Die Kommunikation mit der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort verlief reibungslos, sie reagierte sofort und gab viele hilfreiche Tipps. Die Dunstabzugshaube funktionierte erst gar nicht und ließ sich dann nicht wieder ausschalten. Die Betten und das Sofa waren ok, wir haben gut geschlafen.

On a adoré notre séjour. Tout s’est très bien passé, la villa est conforme à la description sur l’annonce. On a particulièrement aimé la vue, magnifique, sur la baie et les montagnes. On a pris tous nos petits déjeuners, apéro et dîners sur la terrasse. La cuisine est bien équipée, salle de bain propre. Les contacts avec Katarina (qui gère les arrivées / départs sur place) ont été très faciles. On était ravi

Soggiorno a Santa Giulia

La proprietà si trova su collinetta con vista panoramica sulla Baia di S. Giulia, vista panoramica molto bella, peccato aver usufruito poco del grande terrazzo a causa del caldo e delle zanzare. La spiaggia è raggiungibile preferibilmente in macchina in un paio di minuti, purtroppo l’hanno chiusa alla balneazione causa batteri appena arrivati. Nelle vicinanze ci sono comunque molte altre spiagge sempre raggiungibili in macchina. Per il resto la casa è dotata di ogni confort e molto ben attrezzata.

Schönes Domizil mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Positiv: Grundsätzlich sehr, sehr gute Ausstattung, gerade der Küche. Toller Blick von der Terrasse. Hübscher Strand zu Fuß erreichbar. Weitere Strände und Geschäfte mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Negativ: Die Terrasse ist mittags im Sommer einfach zu heiß, da Südlage und Sonnenschutz defekt. Daher nur morgens und abends nutzbar. Das Bad ist etwas zu klein. Das Objekt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Bel appartement bien équipé mais avec des stores qui ne fonctionnent plus, pas de parking attitré dans la résidence, pas de commerce de proximité Attention cet appartement n'est pas sur la plage de Santa Giulia (plage accessible par un parking payant : 10 €) le seul accès est la page de Bocca del'oro presque à 1 kms descente facile mais remontée TRES DIFFICILE sous le soleil de plus de 30° . Cette plage est accessible par un parking au prix de 5€ + 5 à 10 minutes de marche . Cette petite plage au milieu des restaurants est surpeuplée .

Maison à 10 minutes à pied de Santa Giulia

Très bon séjour dans cette maison avec une belle terrasse et proche la belle plage de Santa Giulia , Katarina est très disponible et charmante. Je recommande cette location.

Wunderschöne Villa mit Blick aufs Meer

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Villa Lavande und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit auf Korsika. Die Villa hat eine riesengroße Terrasse auf der wir jeden Tag gefrühstückt haben - Blick auf die Bucht von Santa Giulia inklusive. Die Villa ist voll ausgestattet, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Buchung, Organisation, etc. lief sehr freundlich und reibungslos ab. In nur wenigen Minuten kommt man zu Fuss zum Strand, sowie zu Restaurants am Meer oder kleinen Geschäften. Als Tennisspieler hat uns auch der Tennisplatz überzeugt, der unweit der Villa liegt. Kurzum, sehr zu empfehlen!

Tolle Atmosphäre, toller Blick, wunderbare Bucht

Wunderschön ist's in der Villa Maureen: Das Haus ist einfach ausgestattet, aber sehr angenehm zu bewohnen. Die Terrasse (mit prima Kamingrill) ist luftig und großzügig mit freiem Blick auf die türkisblaue Bucht von Santa Giulia und die umliegenden Berge. Die Lage des Hauses in der Residenz Bella Vista ist ungestört, die umliegenden Häuser liegen über den Hang verstreut hinter Bäumen und Büschen. Der Swimmingpool der Residenz liegt schön und ist gepflegt; man muss allerdings an der Bar etwas trinken oder essen, wenn man ihn benutzen möchte. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auch in die Berge liegt die Villa Maureen sehr gut: die RN Richtung Bonifacio bzw. Porto Vecchio ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ein hervorragender Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Toll und unkompliziert!

Location à recommander sur la baie de Santa Giulia

Excellentes prestations : grande terrasse très bien exposée avec une vue imprenable sur toute la baie de Santa Giulia, équipements ménagers, propreté, très fonctionnel dans résidence verdoyante et calme avec accès à la plage à pieds et restaurants. Un seul regret c'est de devoir partir :-)
