PARKING:
There is a driveway parking spot located to the left of the property. Once that spot is full, there are plenty of free parking spaces on the left and right side of the street. However - cars cannot park on the left side of the street on Thursdays between 1pm-3pm.
STAIRS REQUIRED:
There are two steps leading to the front door. There is one flight of stairs inside to reach the second-floor bedrooms.
TV's:
There are TV's in almost every bedroom, and living room area. All of our TV's are Smart TV's. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.
The Guests agrees to the following terms and conditions during their stay.
- Check oct before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- Failure to return parking permit will result in $150 fee per permit not returned
- No loud music after 10PM/ Please monitor noise levels
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.
Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
