Luxury villa capacity 10/12 people, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with breathtaking views of the sea and the island of Batz. An indoor heated pool at 28 ° C, as well as a magnificent outdoor garden with a brand new terrace where there is privileged access to the fine sandy beach of Pouldu are also to be cachet of this magnificent rental completely renovated in 2015 . It is located in a small typically Breton village, with 17 km of sandy coastline, and very dynamic with regard to many activities. Wonderful, spacious and well equipped house by the beach.

A spacious and well equipped house and private garden right by the superb sandy beach. Wonderful view of the ever changing tide and glorious sunsets. The indoor swimming pool was a great asset and the hosts were very helpful.

This is the best gîte we have stayed in in this area. The view is mesmerising and constantly changing as the tide goes in and out. The gîte is very comfortable with very good facilities. We enjoyed using the canoe and the bicycles. The younger children who were with us loved the pool and we all enjoyed a warm swim in it after the sea. Very clean, spacious, excellent location. Hosts very helpful.

Beautiful house - beautiful view

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property. Our granddaughters loved the indoor pool and the back yard for ball games and a BBQ. Being right on the beach the adults were walking or running most days. Everything was clean and Paul and Christine gave us some excellent recommendations for places to go or eat. Highly recommended!

Excellent accommodation in a great settiing

This is an ideal house for a family holiday. Literally next to a beach with fabulous views, much thought has gone into its design. The indoor pool was a great hit as were the kayaks and cycles. Owners were friendly and helpful. Well furnished with lots of space for eating indoors and in the garden. A beautiful area with rocky bays, islands and golden/ white sands. Could we have asked for more!!

A lovely beachside house

House was great for a beachside holiday. There is lots to do reasonably close by but we didn’t stray far. The sunsets were fabulous. Compared with England the area is very quiet, dotted with small villages and some bigger old market towns. Pool, thought conpact, was better used than we had expected. Hosts very friendly.

A perfect family holiday

From grandparents to grandchildren- we all had a terrific time, playing cricket on the beach, rock pooling, kayaking, cycling, exploring the coastal path, swimming in sea and lovely indoor pool. The house is modern, well equipped and practical with the most spectacular views from the living room and two front bedrooms. High tide or low tide, both were equally beautiful. Thank you to hosts Christine and Paul for a wonderful week.

Superbe séjour dans une très belle location autant par son intérieur que par son extérieur.Une large vue directe sur le bord de mer et le panorama splendide.La piscine a été fortement appréciée par toute la famille et avec en plus, a disposition des vélos et un kayac deux places . Séjour d'exception

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille dans cette villa de bord de mer. Tout était parfait. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et très accueillants. Que dire de la maison? Elle est parfaite ! Très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. La vue est exceptionnelle du salon aux chambres. La piscine est très agréable pour se détendre après une journée de visite de la région. Les enfants ont apprécié. L'endroit est idyllique et très bien placé pour découvrir les villes et villages alentours. Merci à nos hôtes d'avoir laissé les vélos. Cela était agréable d'aller chercher le pain et les petites courses le matin au centre du bourg à 1km (magasin Proxi et Boulangerie artisanale). N'hésitez pas d'ailleurs à prendre leur Kouign amann maison! Un régal ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Des vacances tout à fait agréables

Ce fut notre troisième visite à la propriété - trois générations de vacances ensemble - et encore une fois, nous avons eu un temps merveilleux - nager dans la piscine chauffée, jouer sur la plage, et visiter les marchés locaux. La maison extrêmement bien équipée est bien conçue pour accueillir toutes les générations, et a répondu à tous nos besoins.

Vakantie op het ritme van de zee

Ons verblijf was top. Vanuit de villa kan je genieten van het steeds wisselende uitzicht van de zee onder invloed van de getijden. Zeker in Bretagne is dat spectaculair met de vele rotsen in het water. Het zandstrand aan de deur was geweldig. Enkel het weer was niet zo top maar al bij al geen noemenswaardige regen gehad. En als het wat te fris was konden de kids in het binnenzwembad terecht.

Ein 5-Sterne-Haus zum 5-Sterne-Preis - Eine Kombination, die gewisse Erwartungen erfüllen muss.

5 Sterne für die Lage direkt am Meer, die Aussicht, Betten, Kissen, Bäder. Und Fahrräder und Grill in sehr gutem Zustand. Aber keine 5 Sterne für - einen Indoor-Pool, der derartig nach Chlor riecht, dass man ihn nicht benutzen will. Und die Schiebetür zwischen Pool-Raum und dem Rest des Hauses sollte man tunlichst geschlossen halten. - ein schmutziges Eisfach mit abgebrochenem Türgriff und defekten Griffen an dem Gemüseschalen - Billigst-Geschirr und -Besteck, stumpfe Messer, angeschlagene Tassen, schmutziger/verrosteter Toaster, Wasserkocher fragwürdig - verzogene Billigst-Alu-Pfannen - keine Gästeinformationen zu Bäcker/Metzger/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Apotheke/Arzt/Krankenhaus - sehr wenig touristische Infos - nur französisches Fernsehen - Bedienungsanleitungen für die Elektrogeräte nicht vorhanden - Internetverbindung schwach und nur ein Haustürschlüssel Fazit: Es ist den aufgerufenen Preis nicht wert!

Vielen Dank für die 5 Sterne für die Bettwäsche und die Aussicht. Für den Pool ist es wahr, dass es mit Chlor behandelt wird, es ist sicher, wenn Sie keine Atempause haben! Ich habe das ganze Geschirr durchgesehen, ich habe nichts Kaputtes oder Abgebrochenes gesehen! Wir haben riesige Dokumentationen im Haus, wenn Sie einen anderen Schlüssel wollten, fragen Sie uns! Es tut mir leid, dass das Wetter so launisch war. Sie sind die ersten Kunden in 7 Jahren Vermietung, um uns solche Bemerkungen zu machen, vermieten wir ein Haus für 12 Personen c ist sicher, dass 2 Personen die Kosten erhöht werden; Ich wünsche Ihnen bessere Urlaubserlebnisse . A la devouverte du Finistère

Emplacement de la villa au pied de cette belle mer aux differentes nuances de bleues et de son sable blanc c’etait génial ! Non mentionné dans l’annonce, les differents escaliers dans la maison.... La piscine intérieure est un plus mais l’échelle est a revoir et un petite doute sur la température mentionnée de 28°c . A proximité de plusieurs villes sympa à visiter. Belle decouverte pour cette region de Bretagne. Nous reviendrons certainement pour faire d’autres excursions.
