Welcome to Villa Ty Mam'Goz, "Chez Mémé" in Breton !! This 230 m² Villa welcomes you for a short or long stay in Santec, in Finistère, in Brittany. It is the house of the owner's grandmother, completely renovated. It has kept its authenticity despite its modern and luxurious renovation.

The price includes charges (water, electricity), beds are made and linen is provided. You have nothing to do when you arrive !!!

This residence, nestled between countryside and sea, is ideal for holidays with family or friends. It has 4 bedrooms, each with a large 160/200 bed and a television. The "attic" accommodates 3 beds of 90/200 (possibility of an additional bed), a television, ideal space for children !!

All the rooms in the house combine authentic charm and modernity. In addition to the sleeping areas, your hosts reserve a furnished stay and a magnificent lounge with pellet stove, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. in the fully equipped kitchen you have all the equipment you need to prepare tasty dishes. Plus, the wine cellar !!

A babysitting service is available to allow you to organize a romantic getaway or visit the region.

The Villa offers a magnificent bucolic garden on a fully enclosed terrace where the spa rests. The indoor swimming pool with water at 29 ° C, allows you to enjoy this space all year round. Adult bikes are also available (helmet not provided, no children's bike).



Various interesting sites in the vicinity await your visit. Like the churches, the coastal paths, the restaurants, the island of Batz, the museums ... For the more athletic, you have the choice between fishing, golf, mountain biking, surfing ...

Also discover the owners' second rental house, "La maison du Théven", for 6 people. It is located 15 minutes walk from the Villa, passing by the beach. Ideal for large groups !!!

The quality of accommodation is equalled by the fantastic owners who obviously enjoy providing a top notch holiday experience with every need catered for. The cleanliness and Coronavirus preventions are without a doubt very professional. If you want a quiet, clean place to stay with a fantastic beach on your doorstep then you can’t go wrong here it is simply divine, the level of detail shown to every area of the house, pool and jacuzzi makes this an easy decision to make when booking. A professional concierge service adds to the feeling of quality, care, serenity and relaxation. Thanks for a great holiday

Great property for groups of friends as well as families

As a group of 9 old friends meeting up from across the UK and as far afield as Australia, this property proved ideal. Not only was it spotlessly clean on arrival, it was superbly appointed and impeccably maintained by Mathilde and her team. The large, heated indoor pool meant that the occasional rainy day did not hinder exercise and recreation, whilst the hot tub outside in the well appointed garden area was ideal for the sunny days if some of us just wanted to lounge about. There was a beautiful white sand beach no more than 50 metres from the property - minimal facilities but great for walking and swimming and not too far to carry a picnic.. No less than 8 bicycles were provided, offering easy exercise opportunities - the village of Santec with bakery and small supermarket was within walking distance or an easy cycle ride. Roscoff and St Pol de Leon were no more than 10 minutes away by car. We cannot offer enough appreciation for the help and support provided by Mathilde and her husband. We expect to visit this lovely, friendly and uncommercialised part of Brittany again and would have no hesitation in booking this property once more.

Off the beaten track in Santec

Catherine has produced a brilliant property a stone's throw from Roscof, the cleanliness and high end feel of the maison is superb. It is well appointed, has a nice open airy feel to the building whilst maintaining a large degree of privacy, the indoor pool is a great asset, as is the hot tub. the village of Santec has a lovely boulangerie so delicious bread, pastries and sweet fruit tarts, pain au chocolat and pain au raisins, as well as croissants are best bought locally, the supermarket is a small village shop with produce like onions and garlic actually grown in the village, that isn't something you see very often in the UK. The lounge has a large tv, there is a lovely kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge and wine fridge, a large dining table with views to the patio and hot tub, there is a utility room with drier, washer and freezer. Next to the pool is a shower and toilet, a separate wing with two double bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom with double shower, double sink and enough space to have a party in. The upstairs has a first floor with a a double bedroom at each end of the house, one complete en suite, the other has a shower room, then the second floor is a loft conversion with three single beds, a bathroom and then there is a futon for the 12th person needing accommodation, so 4 kids can have a great loft room. Wifi is included, the beach is a real gem, literally 137 kids footsteps away, so I am reliably informed. If you want a busy hustle bustle this isn't for you, if you want to re-engage with your kids doing sensible things like walking to the headland to see the days hot sun dissolve into the sea and get sand between your toes looking at rock pools, then this is a brilliant house, with a superb location. Evening walks along the coastal path and the village are un-rivalled, the locals really do make you feel Welcome, whoever decided to vote "Brexit" probably hasn't ever received a warm welcome like that experienced by anyone who visits Brittany and Santec. If the weather isn't so good you can have a pool day, if you need to get out then there's Oceanopolis at Brest or a bit of shopping in Roscof, which is so much more than a port and harbour. So, if you want a great holiday this is a hit.

Gîte avec de belles prestations tout près de la plage. Mer magnifique avec tous ces rochers apparents. Nous avons fait un bon séjour en famille. La piscine, le jacuzzi et la mer toute proche ont permis à tout le monde de se relaxer. C'était super. Nous y reviendrons.

La maison est superbe, proche de la mer, très proche ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, la maison est bien équipée et pensée. Notre hôte, Mathilde, à su nous renseigner au moindre détail. Accueillante, souriante et d'une gentillesse. Nous recommandons !! La maison est très bien sécurisée ! Petit bémol le passage de la route au pied de la maison et la difficulté à sortir en voiture. Une maison parfaite

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est magnifique et décorée avec goût. Le coin piscine est vraiment bien, la piscine est même plus grande que ce que laissent présager les photos. Rien ne manque au niveau prestation ou dans la cuisine. Et la proximité de la plage est un beau plus. L’accueil s’est très bien passé et Mathilde a très bien géré les choses. Je recommande très fortement cette location.

Excellente prestations au delà de nos espérances

Au calme avec la mer à moins de 100 mètres, la villa est très bien pensée et particulièrement très bien équipée. Nous n’avons absolument manqué de rien. L’espace piscine très bien chauffé en hiver avec une eau à 30 degrés nous a permis de passer de très agréables moments à l’abris des intempéries. Un plus plus aussi pour la conciergerie très disponible avec un accueil irréprochable. Très beau séjour à refaire !

Sehr, sehr gute Unterkunft

Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Extrem gut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Hier wurde nicht gespart. Fotos geben die Situation sehr gut wider. WIr haben den Aufenthalt mit sieben Personen sehr genossen. Herausragend guter Service und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung (Mathilde).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Santec. 12 personnes 6 adultes / 6 enfants. Le 12e couchage reste un couchage d'appoint. Les prestations sont d'un très haut niveau, le gîte est très bien équipé. Parfait.
