Un leu très agréable avec une vue magnifique

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cette maison. Nous avons été contents de profiter de la climatisation la nuit, car la chaleur était importante. Seul bémol : un manque important de vaisselle, d’équipements pour la cuisine. Juste 5 assiettes, peu de verres, de bols, seulement des petits saladiers en plastique. Heureusement Francesco était assez réactif mais il manquait néanmoins des choses de base .

Maison fonctionnelle avec un agréable jardin

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison qui correspond bien à l'annonce, quoiqu'elle paraisse un peu plus petite. La maison est fonctionnelle et parfaite pour une famille de 4. La décoration de la maison est particulièrement soignée avec de très belles photos et des éclairages qui rendent la maison très agréable. La terrasse est sympathique pour le diner du soir. La maison se situe non loin d'une agréable plage (galet) que l'on peut rejoindre à pieds en une dizaine de minutes. Sa position est parfaite si vous voulez allier visites et plages. Elle est bien située entre Segeste, Erice et Palerme pour les visites, scopello, réserve du zingaro et Castellamare del golfo pour la mer. Le propriétaire est accueillant et disponible.

A small and simple back house with a lovely view and outside space.

Sadly we were not actually able to stay at the house, I developed asthma a few hours after arriving and had to leave. Unsure what caused it, could be pet or dust or damp or wall heater, but imagine wasn't something most people would run into, girlfriend was fine. Francesco was really lovely and welcoming, the house itself is in a lovely location between Castellamare del Golfo and Scopello, nearby to a nice beach if weather permits. Need a car to access nearby towns. We came in winter so weather was very windy and a little cold, house was a little damp and chilly but that would only be in the dead of winter, seemed like a lovely spot for a summer stay. The outside space was wonderful, inside was pretty small and very simple, it's essentially a guest house to another property so not ideal for winter when stuck inside but imagine lovely in the summer when all doors and windows are open and the outside space can be used.

Quello che cercavo !

Scopello, "Francis Scopello/Guidaloca" Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa una settimana a giugno. Posizione stupenda con bellissima terrazza vista mare nel bel mezzo di un frutteto, perfetta per raggiungere i bellissimi luoghi nei dintorni. La casa offre tutti i servizi internamente e all'esterno e' corredata di doccia e forno. La spiaggia di guidaloca e' raggiungibile a piedi anche se percorrere la statale con 3 bambini può essere non adeguato. Il proprietario gentile, disponibile e discreto ci ha fatto un'ottima impressione. A 5' di auto si trova un bar e un alimentari con prodotti di eccellenza ! Atmosfera semplice, bucolica e assai romantica. L'ideale per tutti: coppie, single, famiglie. proprio quello che cercavo 😄👍
