NEW high-end AC units in each room allow for maximum comfort and reduced noise! This is one of very few units in the complex that now offers a split system for air conditioning (as opposed to the older, window mounted air conditioning units). The Fujitsu system provides a comfortable, consistent and quiet indoor environment, all while being environmentally friendly. Cools the rooms in a matter of minutes and allows you to easily control the temperature room-by-room.

Property also offers top-of-the-line upgrades including granite counter tops, teak cabinetry, newer master bath and tile floors, HDTV, stereo with Bose speakers and iPod dock, WiFi, wonderful beds…whatever you prefer, it’s likely here. As great as the interior is though, the lanai seems to be the gravitational center of the condo! It doesn't matter whether you’re enjoying a book, a drink, or holding a loved one…the views from the lanai simply won’t be forgotten. Wow! The location of this condo right on the beach was perfect for our family of 6 adults! Every morning and evening was spent watching whales and turtles right from the lanai. We had a wonderful 10 days. There are definitely some areas of the condo that need some TLC, but the location, views and beach stuff provided definitely made up for it. We loved the small complex and private feel to the beach area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends!

Wonderful Location!

We had an incredible stay at the Kahana Outrigger. It was perfection and had every amenity possible! Wish we could have stayed longer. We loved every moment and incredible family memories! Maui Family Wedding

A nice, smaller complex(16 units) that is very quiet. Great view from the unit where you can watch the sea turtles. Plenty of room for a family.

Beautiful views

This unit was perfect for our girls trip. We loved that we had direct access to the beach. We were able to watch the whales right from our unit. We also seen turtles and a Monk Seal on the beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed.

The condo was in a great part of the island for our adult aged family. It wasn’t a crazy party area and we liked that. There were plenty of great places to eat or shop within a 10 minute drive. The host was very communicative and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We appreciated him letting us know that the floods hadn’t damaged the unit or area so we were confident to go on the trip. The ocean view was exceptional. We swam out front and had a great time. The sunsets are breathtaking. We slept well and enjoyed hearing the waves crashing outside. There are so many amazing beaches around the area we snorkeled almost every day at a new place. It truly was a trip of a lifetime for our family. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the windows are very old and fragile. I was afraid to open them because some of the glass was almost falling out. The screens were warped or torn and so there was a flood of gnats (a plume after the flooding) inside that we couldn’t keep out. They died off after two days so that wasn’t a big deal but if the windows and screens were replaced it would have been easier to keep them out. The kitchen was a little dirty but we cleaned it, no big deal. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This condo is perfect! You cannot get any closer to the ocean and the views are spectacular. We had four adults and 2 teenage children and never felt cramped or crowded. More than adequately stocked. There were beach chairs and snorkel equipment, beach towels, board games, box fans for each room, air mattresses, and all of the kitchen equipment you would need. Everything is clean and well kept. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Amazing Location, Views, and Space

This was an awesome 3-bedroom condo that was perfect for our family of 7. The views from the balcony were fantastic and we enjoyed watching the whales splash in the distance. The pool and the beach were great to have right in your backyard. Each of the rooms had its own AC which was nice and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we found the unit to be very clean. We would definitely stay here again and can't wait to return to Maui.

Great beachfront location

We had a beautiful beachfront location. The views from the deck are spectacular. The unit itself could use some TLC. The carpet was dirty & areas throughout the unit could benefit with some updating.

Family vacation

Multigenerational vacation. Perfect location and amenities. Very nicely furnished corner condo on the beach. Terrific sound of the ocean waves to relax by. Property is well managed and maintained. Absolutely will be on the to do again list. The sea turtles and reef shark were an extra treat.
