Welcome to Reel Paradise 1, a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath half duplex designed for the perfect Florida Keys getaway. This waterfront retreat features a spacious back deck, private pool, and dockageideal for both relaxing and enjoying life on the water.

Inside, the open-concept living room and kitchen are bright and inviting, with hurricane impact windows that showcase peaceful canal views. The living area includes a flat-screen TV, Bose sound system, and a sleeper sofa for additional ...guests.

The master bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a beautifully updated en suite bathroom with both a standard and rain shower head. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, and the guest bathroom is also updated with matching finishes.

Downstairs, you'll find a bait freezer, extra refrigerator/freezer, laundry room, and plenty of storage space for all your boating gear. The dock includes water and electric hookups, along with a fish cleaning station. Maximum boat length at the dock is 35 feet.

Additional amenities include WiFi, washer and dryer, Bose sound system, bait freezer, extra fridge/freezer, and a sleeper sofa.

Please note: There is no dishwasher in this unit. The private pool includes a heater/chiller, which is included in your stay.

The property can hold up to 4 vehicles if no trailer, if bringing a trailer then depending on size, 2-3 vehicles & one trailer will fit. No rvs, campers or motorhomes.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows One boat & One trailer only.

This property is dog friendly, but please review the following guidelines regarding pet approval and fees:

- You must indicate that you are bringing a pet when booking; however, pet fees are never included during the booking process.

- Regardless of the platform you book on, all pet fees are added after the reservation is made.

- All dogs must be approved prior to booking, and breed restrictions may apply due to insurance guidelines.

- Pet fees are non-refundable, taxable, and charged per dog, with pricing based on breed and weight. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed.

- This property is dog friendly onlyno cats or other animals are permitted.

- Failure to disclose a dog and pay the required pet fee may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.
