About this property
Antique Home with Heated Salt Water Pool
Welcome to Harwich, Massachusetts, located near the Cape Cod National Seashore!
Just a quick 5 minutes off exit 82 (old exit 10) mid Cape, our home is located in Historic Harwich Center on a large private lot with the Cape Cod bike path bordering the back of the property for easy access.
There is a saltwater pool on the property and it is just a 12 minute bike ride (3 minute car ride) to Harwich Port beaches, so you can choose from a stay at home and cook or get out and play.
Less than a mile to two golf courses.
Some things to keep in mind with the space:
-This is an antique home that has been lovingly restored bit by bit. If you are looking for a quintessential nostalgic stay on Cape to relax and unplug, this is the house for you.
- Kitchen is very well equipped (Viking Electric Stove, All-Clad Pots and Pans)

About the host
Hosted by Matt & Brittain

Hi there!
Matthew Finkle is a native New Yorker, who grew up in the Hudson Valley and Brittain Sullivan-Finkle was born in Massachusetts, and has lived in just about every corner of the country. We met in Boston over a decade ago, and while we have long since moved to New York City for work, we have an extraordinary fondness for The Cape where both of us spent a lot of our best childhood summers. In the summer of 2018, we set anchor in the small town center of Harwich, Massachusetts, and we could not be more thrilled to invite you to visit our summer home here.
We have been renovating the home bit by bit each year, and love to surprise our repeat guests with the new updates each summer.
We look forward to lots of warm summer days spent lounging in the pool or cooking with friends and family, and riding our bikes around town and, of course, to the beach, and hope that you will love our 1920 salt house as much as we do!
Best,
Matt and Britt
