SPACIOUS, IMMACULATE, WATERFRONT, professionally landscaped home in a well kept, quiet neighborhood that overlooks Cedar Pond. Our street backs up to a championship golf course for those who enjoy tee time. A large deck with a grill and patio allows for entertaining and relaxing, or you can drive five minutes to take a lobster roll cruise from Sesuit Harbor. Central A/C, spacious, comfortable areas for a large family or two to spread out comfortably. Master suite includes king sized Sleep Number bed and private bathroom. The house comes with a well equipped kitchen, main level laundry room, outdoor shower, a 2 car over-sized garage with plenty of parking, 3 flat screen televisions with hulu live tv, Netflix, and wifi. A canoe, 2 kayaks, beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, games and books are available for your enjoyment. Don't forget your fishing pole if you'd like to unwind and fish on the pond! TOWELS AND LINENS PROVIDED!

Carol was quick to respond to all my inquiries and questions. The home was just as pictured, and was very comfortable. We were a men's baseball team so the twin bed options were great.We enjoyed the back porch overlooking the pond the most...it was a great place to congregate and have dinner.

We had a wonderful week on The Cape, and having this home as our base of operations was an important part of it. It was immaculate and well-stocked with supplies. The backdrop of the pond was stunning. The neighborhood beautiful and quiet. Our host communicated well and genuinely seemed to care that we were well cared for and that everything was as it should be. I can definitely envision return visits for us in the years to come.

The 4 kids (ages 11-18) loved having the lower level all to themselves! We also enjoyed having the pond view and being able to kayak. This was a bonus! We have been coming to the Cape for 6 years and would definitely stay here again!

The house was spotless and well appointed. All adults had their own rooms, and the kids shared the huge lower level space. The location was near good restaurants/ lobster joints and the supermarket. One heads’ up- and having nothing to do with the house- the Dennis beaches fill up EARLY! We were there in August. If you’re not there by 9-9:30a, you won’t get a place to park.

The property was perfect for our family of 8 adults, 2 toddlers and a groom-to-be. Every room and sleeping quarters were comfortable and spacious. Space was key as we loved hanging out together. The 4-season porch with enormous windows overlooking Thatcher Pond was our favorite spot in the home.Set in a very nice neighborhood, the exterior was well maintained. The yard was manicured beautifully with a plush green lawn.The interior had all the accommodations needed for our large family with a nice kitchen, well stocked cabinets of dinnerware, glassware and flatware.The home was clean, warm and welcoming. superb communication from the owner.It was a victory for us to have a successful stay with no complaints. Nice family home with plenty of space

Reunion on the Cape

Beautiful and comfortable home situated on a quiet pond. Our family consisting of ages 22-93 enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we could need for cooking, the beds were very comfortable and our host was very responsive. Would highly reccommend.

We live in Pennsylvania and have been spending summers and holidays at the cape for many years. I have traveled all over the world and this is our favorite place to vacation! We would like you to share in similar fun-filled times with many happy memories we have been fortunate to experience in this family home.

Why they chose this property

This has been our family home for 41 great years. There are gorgeous beaches and the pond actually sparkles many days. There are great restaurants, golf courses, and numerous things to do for all ages nearby. East Dennis has less traffic than many of the busier towns and the scenic route 6A. It is easily accessible for swimming, boating, hiking, biking, fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, miniature golf, live and screen theaters, go karts, and more.
