Cute and cozy

My husband and I stayed here the weekend of September 13-15. Greg was kind enough to rent to us for just a weekend when no other homeowners would (all required a minimum of 7 nights which is crazy for mid-September). The house is small but adorable and plenty big enough for the two of us. Everything is new and very clean. Not one detail overlooked. Loved the kitchen and bathroom. Everything you would need or want for a great vacation stay. We met Greg's father upon our arrival as we did not get there until after 7 pm Friday night. He could not have been nicer and more helpful. The weather was perfect as was our stay. We hope to rent again next year. Thank you Greg for facilitating a great weekend getaway for us.

This Brand new house in Lavallette is a 'True Gem'. This house is quickly becoming one of the favorite Lavallette vacation homes of all the renters who have been fortunate to occupy it. The house has two bedrooms, Granite Kitchen, flat panel LCD television, cathedral ceilings throughout and Central air conditioning. The house has a new Pella sliding door that opens to a private patio for your family's outdoor enjoyment.

Biker's Dream! Gorgeous beaches!

Two blocks (or so) away from beach. Clean, well maintained, great location. Close to local eateries. We love to bike and this was an ideal house to access Lavalette's Boardwalk and RT 35, which has outstanding bike lanes! Crab's Claw Restaurant and Seaside Boardwalk close by and were great! Close to both bay side and ocean side of Lavalette. Nice, private outside dining area and shower were great! Would highly recommend this property, and will definitely try to secure this home next year! A home run!

Home away from home!

We have been here for the last 3 years and will definitely be back next year. This house is so conveniently located to the bay, the ocean, restaurants /cafes, shopping, the library, I could go on and on... it seems we always find something else to love about Lavallette. The house is clean and inviting, with a fresh decor. It's always a little sad to leave.

Stayed early in the summer with grandparents and our 4 year old. Place is very well located and well kept. Perfect for a quiet beach getaway with family. Area has a lot of child friendly attractions - oceanside beach, bayside beach, and an unbelievable number of playgrounds.

Wonderful Stay!

I had the pleasure of renting this property in late June 2014 with my boyfriend and another couple. This house is the perfect size for four people and is even more spacious in person! The house itself is incredibly clean and well maintained. The kitchen is updated, has granite counter tops, and new appliances. The house is also equipped with WiFi. We were in walking distance of nearly everywhere we needed to go. We enjoyed the beach, the playground, and the bay without ever taking a car. We were very pleased with our visit and hope to return!

Relaxing Beach Week

My husband and I rented this beach house for a nice relaxing week away. We got just that! The house is brand new and very clean. The beach is a short walk from the house which we took advantage of every day. It is also possible to walk to the downtown area from the house. Its about a 10-15 minute walk if you prefer not to drive. All and all the house was a good find and we had a great week in Lavallette!

This beautiful house is completely Brand new and offers a very convenient location in the town of Lavallette. Walk to Beach, Ballpark, Colonial Bakery, Sand Dollar and Music man ice cream. Enjoy evenings outside on your private patio with friends and family. House is filled with amenities!

Perfect cottage beach getaway

We stayed over memorial day weekend 2013 and had a wonderful experience. The cottage had just finished its complete renovation. This place is immaculate. All brand new, high-end finishes, this cottage is perfect for two couples or a family for a beach vacation. It looks so much more spacious in person, the living room has a vaulted ceiling, and the outdoor patio w/grill and outdoor shower are a huge bonus. Parking spot and short walk to the beach. Greg and Ann are great hosts and even checked in with us as the first tenants after the renovation. We wouldn't change a thing!

Ann and I just completed this brand new house on May 24, 2013. It is absolutely beautiful with Pella double sliding door onto private patio area, new cathedral ceilings, complete with 'Surfers' decor, new Granite Kitchen, customer tile bathroom with Kohler fixtures. House also has large outdoor shower and brand new Central air-conditioning unit. Everything a vacationer would want to enjoy their stay in Lavallette.

Perfect Vacation Rental
