The front deck is furnished with a picnic table, chairs and a gas grill.
Camelback Mountain Resort hosts the largest ski slope in the Poconos. In the winter, skiing and snowtubing are just next door. Snowtubers have a new lodge to warm up in and enjoy some hot chocolate.
Camelbeach Waterpark borders the complex at the bottom of the hill. You will pass Camelbeach as you drive up the mountain to the home. The park is open all summer. It offers water slides, a lazy river, water rides, tubes, pools, picnic areas, and cabanas.
In spring, summer, and fall, Camelback Mountain Adventures includes a track ride down the mountain, and a ropes course. There is a pair of zip lines next to each other, so you can fly down the mountain next to your friend. Take the ski lift up and down the mountain to enjoy the blossoms in the spring and the colorful leaves in the fall.
Even though the community borders the ski slopes and Camelbeach, you will probably want to drive to each of these locations. From the entrance of the complex to the entrance of Camelback Ski or Camelbeach is about a quarter mile by car.
The Pocono Mountains have been a vacation area for many years, so it offers many additional activities, such as, trout fishing, shooting, golfing, horseback riding, sky-diving, ATV rentals, and hiking / biking trails. In the summer the nearby Delaware River invites you to go white-water rafting, canoeing, and picnicking.
If you feel like visiting New York City for the day, there is a bus terminal in nearby Mt. Pocono and another in Marshall’s Creek. There is a full schedule of buses going to the City and returning every day. It takes about an hour and half each way. You can enjoy a Broadway show, Times Square, shopping, museums, and fine dining in the City. Then, escape the noise and congestion, and return to the peace and quiet of your Pocono retreat.

Why they chose this property
This townhouse has the BEST VIEWS in the Poconos. The home sits in the middle of the HIGHEST residential point on Camelback Mountain.
Watching the sun come up in the early morning hours is gorgeous.
As the sun rises, the rays shine through between the other mountains, illuminating the valleys – it is really stunning.
After a rainstorm, the view becomes crystal clear, and the green hills below sparkle. On a hot day, you can see the steam rising through the trees in the evenings- its neat!
My favorite time of the year is in Autumn. It is nice and cool to sit outside, and every tree is a different color for miles.
In the winter, the snow blankets every surface, and glistens during the day. It is fun to watch the skiers go up and down the slopes, too!
