Gîte du Bois I is heated by electric heating and a modern wood stove with glass door. The cottage has a private entrance.

Ground floor:
A spacious kitchen with large fridge, 4 electric hobs, electric oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils;
A comfortable living room with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, chain, stereo with CD / radio / cassette player, DVD player * and satellite TV and modern wood stove with glass door, a dining room with a table, four chairs and dresser, a WC;
Two large wooden terraces (approx. 15 m²) to the east and west, with teak garden furniture

First floor, accessible by a fixed and closed internal staircase:
