In a quiet neighborhood just four miles from downtown Paso Robles, a wonderful vacation home sits ready for fun-filled moments, both inside and out.

Private backyard with a large swimming pool & slide. Seating and dining options throughout. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms and a well-appointed kitchen make this the perfect spot for friends and family alike.

Downstairs features a large dining table, open concept kitchen, and living room with a gas fireplace. Additionally, there are two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. Large glass sliders lead you out to the expansive backyard.

The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare the most lavish of meals and if you prefer to cook outside, there are two BBQs ready and waiting.

Two bedrooms on the main level, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds.
Head upstairs to the massive master bedroom which looks out over the backyard. The bedroom has a Cal King bed and attached bath with a walk-in closet. There are three additional bedrooms (Queen beds) and a shared full bathroom.

The property has been set up for full functionality, a great place to get together with family and friends alike.

Paso Bachelorette Trip

It was the perfect Girls Gone Mild weekend! My friends and I enjoyed the gorgeous home and all it had to offer. We did yoga by the beautiful pool, cooked in the large kitchen, slept great in the comfy beds, and loved that we were just a short drive away from all that Paso had to offer! Couldn’t recommend picking this for your next trip!!

43rd Wedding Anniversary Trip

What a beautiful warm & inviting home to stay and play with toddlers to mature adults. Plenty of room to move around inside, important especially on a rainy day! Outside areas are lovely too, although we had to dodge the intermittent showers so we couldn't fully avail ourselves of all the fun right on site. Highly recommended for large groups that enjoy cooking and spending time together in a quiet setting away from the downtown area but very close! We plan to come back again since everyone had such a great time!

Great property with great outdoor space

Very nice large property so a group will do wonderful here. It also has a very beautiful outside area with a pool and bocce ball. We played bocce and spent time outside for sure but would love to come back in the summer to really take advantage of the pool. Easy drive to the wineries and downtown Paso. Tom and Lisa were very easy to communicate with and proactive to ensure everything went smooth! Thanks

Paradise in Paso Robles

Beautiful property with everything you need. Plenty of sites to see and things to do in Paso Robles area. Also, plenty to do if you don't want to leave the property.

Fantastic getaway for large group

This property fit the bill in every way. The backyard was the biggest selling point. It’s bigger and better than it look from the photos with chairs and tables to accommodate many activities at once. We really enjoyed the fire pit and bocce court. The whole home is well appointed and equipped from housewares (glasses, dishes, serving plates, every kitchen appliance, 2 coffee makers one pod and one regular) to having 2 bbqs with full propane tanks, to ample parking for our multiple cars. Lots of areas for people to be together or to get away from the group. Great location, 10 minutes to downtown and very close to grocery store, coffee shops, and other businesses. The hosts, Tom and Lisa, promptly responded to any questions we had. I got a lot of props for finding this gem and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Tom and I purchased the property to have room (for our five kiddos) and a fun place to hang out and play with friends an family alike.
We love the area, have been in the county for years but also come "home" to Paso.
We love it, our kiddos love it and we know you will too. If you want/need a recommendation on what to do or where to do it, just ask. We are always here to help.

Why they chose this property

When we were looking for a property to purchase we wanted to make sure we found one that allowed each of our kiddos a spot to lay their head when they came home. Casa de Gáire y Grá (House of Laughter and Love) was the perfect property and we have absolutely enjoyed it. In fact, we still do, we aren't far away.
With just one kiddo still home, a 9th grader at Morro Bay High, we split our time between Cayucos and Paso Robles, enjoying the best of both worlds.

What makes this property unique

We love to entertain our family and our friends and this house absolutely lends itself to that. From the eat in kitchen to outside dining areas, the pool, bocce ball or fire pit, there are so many facets that all of our guests enjoy. The property also provides several little hideaways that allow you to sneak away, with your coffee, a glass of a wine, a great book and relax, watch, listen and breathe.
