The formal front living room features a cozy gas fireplace and seamlessly transitions into the inviting dining room, a well-appointed kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a casual family room equipped with a flat-screen TV for entertainment (please note that the fireplace in the family room is not operational). Convenience is at your fingertips with a range of local amenities nearby, including grocery stores, Starbucks, numerous wineries, such as Eberle Winery and Tobin James Cellars, and downtown wine tasting venues within easy reach. Live in luxury amidst the beauty of Paso Robles in this inviting vacation home, where every detail has been thoughtfully curated to ensure a delightful stay for you and your guests! City Permit #STR19-0207. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

Very nice place for a family! Amazing open floor plan and super comfortable.

Absolutely enjoyed staying here with my family. Simple check in / check out process and a very nice place. I would stay here again next time.

Perfect Stay

This house is absolutely gorgeous. Could not have asked for a more perfect stay. Great location close to downtown Paso Robles and close to San Luis Obispo. Would recommend to anyone to stay here. Very welcoming, clean and everything you need for a nice stay.

Wine trip

Lots of room for four couples on a wine tasting weekend. Great backyard space to hang out in. Kitchen was well-equipped. Location is great as downtown is only a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls trip

Had a wonderful at the home as well as a wine tasting bus tour. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood very close to wineries as well as stores etc. we even had a day exploring the costal towns and shopping. I would highly recommend staying here

Great for our family reunion!

Plenty of space for our family so each separate family had their own space. So much seating in the backyard made having a BBQ with everyone super easy. The provided dishes and kitchenware made it so we could cook anything we wanted. If we do this again, we are definitely staying here!

Relaxing time in Paso Robles

The pictures online exactly match the experience. Everything was in perfect order, very clean, and lots of supplies in the kitchen (e.g., spices, olive oil, sponges, detergent, paper towels). Great space for 4 or more people both indoors and outdoors. It is a very quiet and lovely neighborhood, and just a 5 minute drive into downtown Paso. Nice touch was a wall touch screen, explaining the property and local information, such as restaurants, medical locations, etc. Highly recommend the property and will, no doubt, stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay went very well. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. Two pieces of feedback regarding the house that need attention: 1. Dishwasher lower tray needs repair, 2. The ceiling fan in the bedroom next to the master bedroom was wobbly and could not be used. We did have a very nice stay and would recommend the property to future renters.

Christmas at Serenity

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is very spacious and the layout is very nice. We were very disappointed that we could not use the family room fireplace, although the one inthe living room worked but is less desirable due to it's location. This was not mentioned in the advertisement or prior to booking our stay. Generally we felt the kitchen could have been cleaner (e.g., cabinet doors were sticky and tiles/grout were not as clean as we would have wanted). I mentioned to the property management items that were lacking in kitchen (e.g., colander, garlic press, etc.) and they said they would stock accordingly. Although I put I would not recommend this property to friends, we might if the living room fireplace was available and the cleanliness issues were addressed. The location of the property is perfect.

Everything was wonderful with one exception. The king bed is super squeaky when you move at all. Might be time for a new frame or some repair. I’d be happy to stay there again.

Girls Weekend

The house was exactly as described and very clean. The added touches of coffee pods, sugar, and creamer were very thoughtful. The neighborhood is very quiet and we really enjoyed taking our coffee out to the backyard each morning. Great location, close to downtown and wineries. We would definitely stay here again.
