BEAUTIFUL AREA IN A CLOSED STREET. QUIET AND CONTACT WITH NATURE. LAGUNA NICHUPTE IS 90 FT. FROM THE HOUSE. ONE KILOMETER DISTANCE IS THE BEACH AND PUNTA CANCUN IS ABOUT 3 KILOMETERS, WHERE YOU CAN FIND SUPERMARKET, RESTAURANT, NIGHT CLUBS. BACK YARD WITH VIEW TO THE GOLF COURT. NO SWIMMING POOL. WIFI, SKY, NETFLIX
Beautiful area in a closed street . Quiet and contact with nature, Laguna Nichupté is 90 ft from the house. One kilometer distance is the beach and Punta Cancún is about 3 kilometers, where you can find supermarket, restaurants , night clubs. Back yard with view to the Golf Court. No swimming pool.
