Enjoy a great time in our modern & spacious 3 Bedroom 2.5 bathroom home w/ Premium Features like: Private Patio, WiFi, SmartTV + Cable & Netflix, beautiful communal Pool w/ Club House, Xbox 360, Laundry Room, & more. The home is in a private-gated family oriented community located in South Downtown Cancun - a relaxed and safe neighborhood with 24/7 security. Short commute to points of interest in Cancun such as: Malls, Restaurants, and the Zona Hotelera Entrance - Your gateway to all sorts of fun!

The home has quick amenities nearby such as a GoMart Convenience Store, Pemex Refueling station, and Subway restaurant located just behind the gated community, just less than a 30 second walk away and many local restaurants nearby. The home is ideal for small or large groups and can accommodate up to 10 guests (Please see sleeping arrangements below, 1 Sofa Bed = 1 Comfortable Cot for 1 person). However, it is not ideal for party-goers, parties, or events.

Additionally, the home is at a short 9 min drive to the Zona Hotelera Entrance (Hotel Zone), short 15 minute drive to the beach, and short 12 minute drive to the Airport!

We enjoyed our stay. The host responded quickly to any concerns. The neighborhood is safe and not far away from the hotel zone, airport.

Pleasant long stay in Cancun

We stayed for three weeks in Cancun and enjoyed this property. The pool, play-set, and proximity to convenience store and restaurants was great for our family. The house has plenty of space and storage. There were a few small things that prevent it from getting five stars. Many of the dishes in the cabinet had to be washed before we could use them as they had stuck on food. Weekly housekeeping was nice but did not restock important things like hand soap, paper towel, trash bags, and toilet paper until we asked. There are a lot of barking dogs in the neighborhood. But overall a very nice stay for the price.
