Absolument parfait !

L’appartement est absolument parfait !Propre, très bien situé et calme, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré. On se croirait chez soi. Proche de tout, face à la mer.Il est très facile de trouver une place de parking.Location rare, je recommande vivement !!!

Dormir avec le bruit des vagues, quoi de mieux? Superbe appartement, Literie confortable (bien que la chambre avec 2 lits simples est un peu juste pour 2 adultes. L appartement est confortable et en première ligne de plage. Nombreux restaurant aux alentours. Vue magnifique, propriétaire au top. On a passé un super séjour. Je recommande a 100%

Erholsamer Urlaub direkt am Strand

Wir haben tolle 11 Tage in der wirklich super ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Alles ist wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, etc. sind vorhanden. Parkplätze waren auf dem Grundstück ausreichend verfügbar. Highlight ist der Blick auf die Bucht mit Frühstück auf dem Balkon bei Sonnenaufgang. Die Promenade bietet eine tolle Möglichkeit, um unter Palmen einen Abendspaziergang in die Altstadt von Roses zu machen (ca. 2 km). Die Vermieterin war immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Sehr schönes Appartment mit guter Lage und Meerblick!

Wir haben jeden Tag unseres Urlaubes genoßen. Der nette Empfang durch den Eigentümer, das sehr schöne, gut eingerichtete und ausgestattete Appartement, der Blick vom Balkon, der Strand, die Lage und die Umgebung sind so schön, dass wir hier nochmals unseren Urlaub verbringen werden.

Merveilleux séjour, les pieds dans l'eau :-)

Appartement bien équipé, bien décoré, literie confortable, accueil parfait par la propriétaire. L'emplacement est quant à lui idéal, avec toutes les facilités nécessaires à proximité, un parking facile et surtout, à 5 secondes de la plage ! Un atout de cet endroit est (outre le super accueil et la disponibilité de la propriétaire), sa situation face à la mer, mais en hauteur (5ème étage), ce qui procure un grand calme, même en période estivale. Nous y séjournerons à nouveau avec grand plaisir !

Accessibilité (parking et appartement) très aisé. Accueil sympa par la propriétaire. Logement impeccable, mais...... l'accès aux rangements dans la cuisine se révèle accrobatique: un escabeau de 3 ou 4 marches ne serait pas inutile, mais bon, ce sont les vacances et le cadre est particulièrement agréable. Excellent séjour !

Best location in the whole town

The apartment is located directly by the beach with a perfect view over the bay and the see. It's calm, but at the same time very close to all activities. Jetski and boat rent - 2 minutes, at least 6 different restaurants within 100m distance, supermarket, parking etc. We've enjoyed our stay with our two kids 9 and 12 very much and we will definitelly come back!

Excellent séjour : nous avons passé 15 jours comme à la maison, la vue est superbe, la propriétaire est très gentille, souriante et nous a donné des explications claires et prėcises Appartement très propre et bien équipé Le seul point manquant c est la residence sans wifi mais bon le bureau de tabac nous a vendu un code donc pb resolu. Nous reviendrons et resterons surement plus longtemps !!!

Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet! Es fehlte Geschirr um die Spülmaschine zu bestücken. Das Geschirr war für 6 Mal benutzung da. Es fehlten Sektgläser, Eierbecher etc. Im Fernseher war kein deutscher Sender vorhanden. Das hat mich sehr gestört, da wir deshalb, um abends auch mal Fernsehen konnten, ein Appartement gebucht haben. Auch war kein Wlan vorhanden. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Vera Kaulitz

Wij hebben genoten van dit appartement, vriendelijke ontvangst van de gastvrouw, en een brandschoon appartement ! Voorzien van alles wat je je maar kan bedenken , dus heel luxe. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is geweldig . Bent u opzoek naar een ruim , gezellig luxe appartement dan is dit zeker aan te raden ! Winkels en nederlandse supermarkt in de omgeving, en veel te doen en te zien.

IDEAL !

Que dire, sinon que c’est la location idéale pour la famille : • Appartement ultra fonctionnel et équipé à la fois avec goût et avec des produits de qualité (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, climatisation, télévision française ….) ; • La vue à 180° sur la baie est sublime (de la chambre, du séjour, de la terrasse ….) que du bonheur ; • La plage au pied de la résidence permet de surveiller les enfants à distance en toute sécurité ; • Les commerces se trouvent à proximité ; • De plus, des propriétaires charmants. Nous avons l’habitude de louer et c’est la 1ère fois que nous rencontrons en Espagne une telle prestation : bravo aux proprios !!! Une adresse à retenir et à recommander.
