Why they chose this property

This property has been in our family for over 20 years. In 2018, we chose to build a home for our family to gather; with ample space for the whole family when we need it and the ability to welcome visitors to the Elk Valley.

What makes this property unique

We often hear that we have the best views in the valley. Our location is ideal, being very close to town and all that it offers yet just minutes from the ski resort. It got its name because it's perched on a hill facing South down the valley. The view of the valley and ski resort is truly stunning.
