Gather the entire family at this traditional 6 bedroom, 3 bath Outer Banks beach cottage for a fun filled vacation of swimming, fishing and sunning right outside. You will be treated to fantastic panoramic semi-oceanfront views and beach access just 50 steps away. Located in South Nags Head and featuring an expansive beach giving your family room to spread out and enjoy all those beach activities you have planned. Watch the surf roll in as you sip your morning coffee, lounge on the large wraparound sundeck with furniture and take in the view! New flooring and appliances 2022.

Featuring 4 queen bedrooms and two additional bedrooms, the house offers convenient, flexible sleeping options for both the adults and children in the family. For family gathering the wide-open living area offers direct deck access and a large flat screen TV with a video Library as well as a piano behind the bar. Dining room has seating for up to 13 people. With a fully equipped kitchen as well as a full-sized bar with stools you have everything you need to whip up for a quick snack for the beach, bowls of cereal for the kids in the morning and for making your favorite beach daiquiri for the adults at night. Internet is available throughout the house and on all TVs. Washer and dryer are provided for keeping beach and bath towels clean throughout your stay. This house should be the next stop for your family vacation.

Just a short drive from restaurants, shopping and historical attractions. Plan on spending one of your vacation days on Roanoke Island and while there be sure to visit The Elizabethan Gardens and Manteo Waterfront. At the end of the day, top off your evening with a production of the world's longest running outdoor play, The Lost Colony, you'll be glad you did! South Nags Head also features a large multi-use walking path that parallels Old Oregon Inlet Road for 4.5 miles and is great for biking, jogging, and family walks.

All you want and just what you need ☀️

The property is located steps away from the ocean and very close to Fishheads which is a family fav. The house itself sleeps plenty and very comfortably. The living room area is my favorite spot; big and spacious for the whole family and warm sun shining though all the windows ☀️ Love the house and the owner is fantastic to communicate with! We can’t wait for next years trip!

Extended Family Vacation

We had a great time during our stay at your beach vacation home. It was conveniently located within a short walking distance to the ocean. The house was large enough for our extended family of seven adults and three children. The large family room was a nice gathering place. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, utensils, and cookware. The garbage disposal was not working when we arrived, but we managed to get it unclogged during our stay. The outside gas grill had built-up grease, and the base pan area underneath the grill caught fire. Turning off the gas did not extinguish the fire, so sand was used to smother the flames. We were not able to use it. The grill should be cleaned or replaced.

Cozy and spacious spot, great for multiple families.

This property was just what we needed for a Thanksgiving weekend. We had 4 families ranging from grandkids to grandparents and all were happy with the space. The living room is spacious with nice views and plenty of seating for a big group to relax. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked, although some of the cooks wished for sharper knives. It is a bit outdated, but I expected that from the pics. That being said, everything was in working order. The beach access was a bit tough for the older folks as you have to go up a smaller dune, but they were able to walk around the block to level ground. We stayed in late Fall, so maybe it's more accessible in the warmer months when the sand hasn't accumulated so much. The property owner provided thorough information for easy check in/out, and also responded promptly with any questions we had. Overall, it's a nice, cozy spot and we couldn't have been happier with our family time together.
