New Remodel! Lakeside Condo w/ Pool, Kayaks, Bikes

Right on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille in downtown Sandpoint's waterfront residence, this newly renovated unit at Condo del Sol (completed June 2018) is a beautiful retreat to revive and rejuvenate the spirit with some lakeside "sol-searching."
Located in South Sandpoint - this poolside unit with a partial lake view is just a 5 minute walk or bike ride to City Beach and the many fabulous downtown restaurants, yoga studios, breweries, coffee roasters, boutiques, wineries, bars, and more.

The Space:
Leap into the lake or cast your line right off the dock, jump into one of the complex's two pools (just 40' from the condo's patio), take the kayaks out for a calm dawn or evening sunset paddle... Play tennis, volleyball, Frisbee or bocce ball while grilling at the on-site BBQs or cooking in the gorgeous, brand new kitchen that is well-stocked with herbs, oils, and spices. Don't want to eat in? Ride the beach cruisers into town for some fabulous local fare with flair.

After a full day of play, kick your feet up with a good book by the fire, or enjoy a movie in front of the 65" TV with Netflix. Crawl into the brand new Stearn's & Foster California King Bed, and rest up to do it all over again!

Guest access:
This is a private condominium. Guests have full access to the entire unit, as well as all the amenities on site that are a part of the Condo del Sol community, including: two pools; tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts; an expansive lawn for games; dock for fishing; and on-site BBQs.

Great location , pictures are perfect

We stayed here for 4 nights . Perfect jumping off spot for all that Sandpoint has to offer. 10 minute walk to town and 30 minutes to Schweitzer ski resort. The condo is completely renovated and is better then the photos. Warm, easy access from parking lot, some basic supplies for cooking , super comfy bed and delightful hot shower. We can’t wait to return next year :)

Perfect getaway house!

We came for the festival at Sandpoint. Absolutely everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. House was clean and cozy and had anything and everything we needed to feel at home. Super easy check in and detailed binder of checkout procedures as well as lots of helpful information on what Sandpoint has to offer. Will definitely be booking again!

Cute and cost with ideal location

We chose this place due to location to town so we could walk. The bikes available with the unit were a great add and we used them daily instead. Very clean and nicely redone unit. Great for a couple. Nice pool and right on the water. It was hot and we spent time floating and looking at the amazing views. It was a nice stay.

Beautiful Sandpoint

Condo was beautifully decorated. May I make a couple of suggestions; the mattress was wonderful,the pillows were not. They were flat & had no support. When I saw the listed amenities on this property, AC, was vital. It should have stated that there was a portable AC unit in the living room only, bedroom was warm even w/ ceiling fan. Badly needed is improved quality window coverings in bedroom, this would provide increased security & privacy. I understand that walls are thin allowing much noise from unit above into late hours at night. All in all this condo was comfortable, clean & lovely.
