Logement très mignon et très bien situé avec vue sur mer. Très propre et avec tout le nécessaire. Le propriétaire est facile à contacter et répond facilement.En revanche, nous avons été dérangés tous les matins très tôt vers 6h30 à cause de la porte d’entrée de l’immeuble qui claque sans arrêt. C’est le seul point négatif car tout le reste est top. Je recommande ce logement

Deux semaines à la plage

Parfait pied à " la mer" pour un séjour ensoleillé à st malo. L'appartement correspond à la description. Il est petit mais rien ne manque pour la vie de tous les jours, et ... on peut guetter la hauteur de la maree depuis sa fenêtre et rejoindre la plage en quelques pas.En bref cette location est une belle surprise.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Saint Malo. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles geboten was man im Urlaub braucht. Sie ist komplett ausgestattet und absolut sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Sehr zu empfehlen. Viele Grüße Jürgen Kloppenburg

Très bien placé mais à rénover

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement très bien placé à la fois proche de l'intra-muros des plages et des chemins de randonnées. Par contre ce logement est à éviter en hiver car on a du mal à le chauffer malgré les radiateurs électriques. De plus la salle d'eau est très petite et particulièrement froide. Une rénovation et une isolation s'impose. La cuisine est très bien équipée, la literie est bonne mais la penderie de la chambre est encombrée d'affaires et manque de cintres. Pour ce tarif nous sommes habitués à un standing supérieur.

Sehr hübsche Wohnung mit Meerblick

Alles was man als Kleinfamilie braucht ist da. Einschließlich Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Sandspielsachen. Das Bad ist allerdings sehr klein, im Urlaub für uns aber kein Problem gewesen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très bon séjour dans ce petit appartement avec vue sur la mer d'un coté et soleil de l'autre. Il faudrait remettre quelques ampoules notamment dans la cuisine. Un grand merci au propriétaire qui est venu me chercher à la gare.

Bel appartement confortable, grand ( deux pièces spacieuses + cuisine), très agréablement meublé, calme, tout près de la plage (50 m par un petit passage piétons), avec vue sur mer de la fenêtre de la cuisine. Excellente semaine appartement super bien situé à pieds :3 min de la plage, 20 min de la gare et 20 min d intra muros. Je crois que inter est à 15 ou 20 min aussi on a fait que des restaurants il y en a plein dans la rue. Juste point négatif la porte de l entrée du bas claque souvent et assez tôt le matin et la salle de bain un tout petit peu petite mais ça l a fait ! On reviendra avec plaisir la vue de la cuisine est magnifique on a vraiment apprécié
