Holiday without car

The apartment in Parame is on the 3rd floor of a block of about 20 and thankfully there was a lift. The lounge has a small balcony from which the sea is just visible between the buildings on the other side of the road and we watched a number of lovely sunsets. The beach is just across the road and can be reached in about 10 minutes. The apartment is roomy and well equipped. The bus service is very good and St. Malo walled city can be reached in about 20 minutes. The buses to the outlying areas, however, stop in the early evening and as there are not many eating places within walking distance of where we stayed, we would have benefited from having a car, Our hosts, Monique and Arnel were very helpful and kindly picked us up from the Port and took us back there for our journey home. We really did appreciate their kindness, particularly as we are not as young as we used to be! Many thanks, Anne and Brian

Une semaine à rochebone

Location très bien située, correspondant à la description. Appartement agréable à vivre pour 4 personnes, avec toute la documentation utile pour des touristes.Hôtes à l'écoute et présents lors de l'entrée dans les lieux.Cela nous a permis de passer une belle semaine sans probleme.

Appartement à louer sans hésitation

Tout d'abord on est très bien accueilli par Mr et Mme Martin qui nous donnent de très bons conseils concernant les visites à effectuer. Concernant l'appartement il est très propre, très agréable avec vue sur mer et très fonctionnel, avec parking privatif. Il ne manque rien.

Très bien

Résidence très bien située, au calme. Appartement très fonctionnel, propre, beau coin cuisine. Un peu bruyant côté chambre des enfants (douche et wc des voisins) mais ça ne dure pas longtemps ! Très bons rapports avec les propriétaires, à l'écoute. La mer est à 2 pas, très belles balades sur le sillon. Des bus à proximité et quelques commerces de dépannage. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci à Armel qui nous a bien accueilli.

Urlaub in der Bretagne

Sehr gute Kommunikation vor und während der Reise mit dem sehr netten Vermieter-Ehepaar. Die Wohnung ist schön und praktisch eingerichtete. Der Strand ist nah. Man ist hier am Rande von Saint-Malo, kann aber am Strand oder der Promenade entlang ins Zentrum laufen, was 30 bis 40 min. dauerte. Das Auto stand in einer privaten, abschließbaren Garage.

Ce charmant appartement a une petite terrasse avec vue très agréable sur des couchers de soleil splendides … tout est très fonctionnel, agréable, propre et calme. L’accueil est très sympathique. Je recommande, surtout pour ceux qui aiment longer la plage pour aller dans Intra-muros…
