This ancient semi attached house of 110 m², classified on 3*, has a nice garden of 250 m² is situated in a quiet hamlet near the medieval village of Minerve. Beautiful interior design for the house of the XIV century, which has preserved its ancient vaults. Beautiful decorative fireplaces.
This house is a good compromise for those who want to combine seaside attractions and cultural discoveries. The lively beaches resorts of Gruissan and Narbonne plage spread over the remote coastline of less than 30 km. And within a radius of 50 kms, the excursions can vary the interest : the Roman city of Narbonne, Cathar castles of the Corbières, the medieval village of Minerve and the city of Carcassonne (located world heritage of UNESCO) as well as natural attractions like the Canal du Midi, Lake Jouarres or the Bages bounds (frequented by migratory birds), and also the regional Park Clape (famous for its scenic hiking trails).

The garden located in front of the house has a private swimming pool secured by an alarm. Around this pool of 6m X 4m, beaches with sun loungers and garden furniture. For security reasons, the barbecue is replaced by a plancha.

Ground floor rooms have retained all the original four sections vaults comprising lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
Upstairs 1 double bedroom with air conditionning in suite with a single bedroom ideal for a child, 1 twin bedroom with air conditionning, 1 separate shower room with separate toilet.

L'endroit de la location ses BABIO pas LA CAUNETTE comme ses marqué sur l'annonce, la piscine est en face de la maison mais pas coller !il faut traverser la route !! Et la machine a laver qui n'esort pas du tout. Mise a par ça c'est un endroit très calme .

En fait nous avons passé une nuit sur place . Nous esperions trouver un lieu accueillant au noveau du jardin et de la piscine. Les photos ne correspondaient pas du tout a la réalité. Cette location n est pas adaptée pour accueillir des enfants en bas âge. La proprietaire n a pas consenti a un remboursement partiel. Grande deception .

Agréable séjour.

Sauf erreur il n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce que le jardin n'est pas attenant à la maison et qu'il se situe en décalé de celle ci derrière une ruelle. Il n'est pas indiqué non plus que la piscine est semi enterrée. Cela ne nous a pas gêné mais il est anormal que ce soit pas indiqué.

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus mit ruhigem Garten

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen im Oktober in dieser ländlichen Idylle und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist Teil eines alten Guthofensembles und nur wenige Geräusche stören die herrliche Ruhe. Zum Haus gehört ein hübscher Garten mit Obst- und Olivenbäumen, in dem es sich wunderbar relaxen lässt. Der kleine Pool wird von den Eigentümern sehr regelmässig gepflegt und lud auch noch im Herbst zum Baden ein. Das alte Haus hat viel Charme und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir fanden darin alles vor, was wir brauchten. Da das Haus relativ frisch renoviert wurde, sind auch die sanitären Anlagen in gutem Zustand und wir hatten immer genügend heisses Wasser. Besonders nett und freundlich sind auch die Eigentümer, welche selbst sonntags ein offenes Ohr für unsere Anliegen hatten :). Die Region ist landschaftlich reizvoll und bietet eine Fülle von Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, von denen viele in unter einer Stunde zu erreichen sind (z.B. Minerve, Carcassonne). Aber auch die berühmten Katharerfestungen sind gut erreichbar. Einen Besuch wert (vor allem mit Kindern) ist auch der Safaripark in Sigean (Nähe Narbonne). Zum Baden am Meer hat uns der Strand in Narbonne Plage am besten gefallen - mit sehr feinem Sand und malerischen Dünen. Einkaufen kann man übrigens am besten in Olonzac (ca. 15 Min. entfernt) im Casino, wo es ein qualitativ sehr gutes Angebot hat (auch in Bezug auf Wein).

Naturnahes Haus mit wundervollem Blick in die Landschaft des Minervois

Das schöne antike Haus verfügt durch die dicken Mauern aus dem 14.Jhd. über eine angenehme Raumtemperatur und ist sehr geräumig. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, die Ausstattung gut und der Pool gepflegt durch sehr freundliche Vermieter, die etwa 10 km entfernt wohnen. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Minerve (eines der Plus beaux villages de France, sehr schönes Tal zum Wandern in der Schlucht des Brian und Cesse sowie die Naturhöhlen Ponts naturels) sowie nach Carcassonne, Narbonne und Beziers sowie an den Canal du Midi.

Schönes Gîtes aus dem 14. Jahrhundert im wundervollen Minervois

Das Objekt ist in dem sehr kleinen Dörfchen Babio gelegen. Wundervolle Gegend. Sehr ruhig und ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in das nahegelegene Minerve und das Minervois. Schöner Garten mit einem sauberen Pool (wurde von den sehr netten Vermietern gepflegt), den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Das Haus aus dem 14. Jahrhundert ist wie in der Beschreibung geschildert. Es hat drei geräumige Schlafzimmer, ein großes Esszimmer, eine sehr gut eingerichtete Küche und ein schönes Wohnzimmer. Wir haben dort drei wundervolle Wochen verbringen dürfen und jede Minute genossen! Danke nochmals an Monsieur Raymond und seine Frau!

Maison située dans un cadre très agréable, calme, éloignée de l'agitation touristique, paysages aux alentours qui sont un régal pour la vue. Très belles prestations de la maison. Accueil du propriétaire très sympathique. Région touristique, mais sans les désagréments et les travers liés au tourisme de masse en juillet- août.

Excellent séjour

Un accueil très, très charmant de notre hôtesse. La maison est très bien aménagée et a une ambiance fantastique. La pièce à vivre est très agréable. Le jardin est bien entretenu et on a une vue magnifique. Dans la région on peut faire de belles promenades à pied ou en voiture. Somme-toute on a passé un séjour formidable et inoubliable.

Chaque année nous passons quelques jours dans ce magnifique gîte. Encore une fois nous avons été charmés par cet endroit paisible, calme et confortable à quelques minutes du village médiéval de Minerve. Le jardin est très agréable pour les repas en toute tranquilité.

Super séjour avec accueil chaleureux

Ce gîte est très confortable, perché sur un côteau et dominant la vallée offrant une belle vue où il fait bon vivre, il offre une quiétude remarquable; mais le plus important, c'est la gentillesse de l'hôtesse, alliant dévouement, convivialité et discrétion, qui a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.
