About this property

Our apartment, mix of old and design, is at the foot of Mount Lema

Our typical Ticino house is located in Miglieglia village of about 300 inhabitants located in the heart of the Alto Malcantone near LUGANO (Ticino in Switzerland). Miglieglia nestles on the slopes of Monte Lema at an altitude of 720 m in a quiet wooded area with many hiking between mountains, rivers and lakes.
Any restructuring of the apartment was to rediscover the ancient materials of old houses Ticino. However the furniture is modern and design. It exudes a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
The apartment is on the first floor of our house and has a separate entrance from the outside.
The living room has a small kitchen, a dining area and a lounge with fireplace. The room accommodates a queen size bed, a wardrobe and a small desk. It is possible on request to add a baby bed.
In the bathroom you can enjoy the large bath / shower.
Our small garden is at your disposal and will be ideal to relax on sun loungers or take your meal outside.
