USNA grad owned! Beautiful house (built in 2017) located less than two blocks from Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, where there is a shuttle to downtown (5 minutes) and USNA during special events! House has 5 very large bedrooms--4 located on the second floor, and 1 in the basement. Backyard has large patio, built-in grill, swing set and trampoline. Enjoy walking to the stadium, exploring downtown, or just relaxing! Community has pool (1 block away from house), water access, and playgrounds within walking distance! Once you arrive at the house, you can park your car and just relax!

Linens and towels will be provided. No need to bring anything! Pets negotiable with owner approval ($300 pet cleaning fee with owner approval).

Thank you to our hosts!! This was an absolutely perfect place to relax with our Plebe and Firstie for the weekend. Super location, incredibly clean, huge kitchen/dining area, and all-around great layout for family. We highly recommend this home and will definitely book again if available in the future!

Perfect home and location for a visit to Annapolis!

Immaculately maintained property that is ideally located .... close to downtown, the Naval Academy, and local shopping. Owners are very responsive to questions about the home or the area in general and were always available if needed. If we need a VRBO home in Annapolis again , this would be our first choice!

wonderful home for family and friends in town for football weekend.

Lots of bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, impeccably clean. Awesome grill on the patio outside. Everything was great. Thank you to our hosts. Tailgating and the stadium were less than a 5 minute walk from the home. Home could not have worked out better.

Amazing

I picked this home for a bachelorette weekend and it was perfect. The house was beautiful and very clean. The owners were just a message away and I felt like I could contact them with any questions I had about the area. Great location everything was just minutes away. I would definitely recommend this home and would book another weekend getaway.
