Lovely brick Georgian built in the 1920s with secluded heated inground pool, located in a quiet, beautiful waterfront neighborhood at the end of a private street, a short walk to a private Severn River beach with 2 kayaks for guests' use. Half mile to grocery, shops & restaurants, less than a mile to Navy Stadium, 1.3 miles to Naval Academy, 1.5 miles to City Dock. Pet friendly fenced yard and doggie door. Brick patio and gas BBQ Grill. Hardwood floors throughout with area rugs. Formal dining room with long table, piano, fireplace and TV screen in living room. Three bedrooms. King bed with canopy in master with ensuite full bath, tub and shower. Queen bed in second bedroom, one full and one twin bed in third bedroom. Hall bathroom with tub and shower. Half bath on main floor. Fold down couch in living room sleeps one. A cot is available if guests need which may be placed in private office. Kitchen has gas stove top, oven, microwave, Keurig & drip coffee pot. The entire house and property is available for guests use except basement, attic, one office and closets. Our home combines the best of privacy with the ease of getting to numerous activities and desirable destinations. Parking in home's private driveway for up to 4 cars.
Note: Owners live here between guests so their belongings are here. It will feel more like visiting good friends or welcoming family than staying at a more empty, sterile hotel room. Keurig pods, teas, sweeteners, condiments, etc. are provided.
We are pet friendly & have our own cats & dogs which will not be on premises during guests' stays, but if you suffer from pet allergies this may not be the place for you.

We would like our guests to feel at home, relax and enjoy their stay in our much loved and enjoyed home. We live in our home between guests so expect it to feel lived-in. We hope with us you'll feel like you're staying at the home of good friends or welcoming relatives. One evening as we were enjoying our secluded heated pool, listening to the frogs and watching the fireflies, we thought to ourselves that we have no need to ever go on vacation because our home feels like we are staying at a private resort. However, because of our somewhat recent marriage in 2014 & an odd lifestyle of weekly commuting Annapolis to Long Island, we have two homes & it seemed a shame that this lovely place would sit empty for half of the week. Thus the idea of sharing our home came to us. Our pets are very important to us and since we have found it difficult at times to travel with them because of no availability in pet friendly rentals, we hope that adding our home to the list that welcomes Travelers with their pets will help others.
