This is a beautiful condo to relax and take a break from your busy life. So come stay at this relaxing condo and live the beach life for a while! The beach is about a 1/4 mile from the condo. You can enjoy the private beach on the gulf side, the public beach at the pass, or the public beach at Norriego Point. See last photo in listing for proximity of the beach access to the condo.
The Space:
Come on down to the Emerald Coast and enjoy the powdery white sands of Destin, FL. This is 1 bedroom, 1 bath first floor condo sleeps 4 with a queen size bed and queen sized pull out sofa. Island Homes is perfect for a couples retreat or to take the kids on a fun vacation. The unit has everything you need, as if it were your own home. The kitchen is stocked with all the things you need to cook big meals. You can also take a short trip to one of the fine local dining establishments. This cozy condo has a deck for you to enjoy your coffee in the morning or a nice cold beverage under the bistro lighting in the evening. Take a short walk to the beach to enjoy the beautiful water or to watch the dolphins as they swim by. If you brought the kids along and are looking for something exciting to do, check out the water park that is just a short 2 miles away. There is a water taxi available from Norriego Point that will take you anywhere on the harbor, or order an Uber for a short ride to wherever you need to go in Destin.

There is a large parking space just a few steps to the front door. There is also a spot for guests

First floor unit with easy access to and from your car. The beach access might be a couple blocks away, but it is worth it to have be on a private beach that only residence and guest of Holiday Isle can visit. We also provide beach equipment so you don't have to rent.
