Imagine yourself strolling along our 230 feet of private Destin beach, located just across the street and adjacent to the popular beachfront restaurant, Captain Dave's on the Gulf. Condo-living at its best–single or two-story units with no waiting for elevators! Everything you need is nearby. ​​​​​​​$100 Pet Fee - 1 Pet Allowed, 35 lbs or under. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional long-term pet fee of $150 is required. No Cats!

Great Place to Stay For a Fair Price

The place is not super fancy by any means but it is perfect if you have a small group and spend most of your time on the beach. Literally like 100 yards from the water and super quiet place. Really enjoyed my stay and would 100% book again

Easy Beach access and tennis/pickle

We had a great week staying in Destin. Condo was spacious and clean. Furniture a little dated but still very comfortable. Slept great in the bed. Washer and dryer in unit was a plus to have. Location for us was perfect. We love Kenny D’s for the Happy Hour and food. Especially the Crab legs! This was our second time to Destin and have found that we enjoy this part of Florida. Found two new sports bar. Sandlot and Auston’s Oyster Bar and Grill. Lots of TVs for the sports fans. We will be back.

Great location

I really enjoyed the stay here. It was a great location, close to crab trap, pompanos joes, Kenny Ds and shopping too. Short walk to the beach. The house was stocked nice and it was very comfortable. Only wish is that we could turn the temperature down a bit on the AC. It can get warm. Otherwise a lovely stay

Worse place iv ever stayed

Music loud from other condo cigarette smell construction over our condo noise from it until I had to remind construction work 10pm was quite time floors nasty coffee pot nasty large trash bin in middle of condo parking which left bad access to our condo pool closed for a day no one contacted us about it being closed first day complained about the loud music & cigarette smell no one called me back

Unfortunately we have no control on what neighboring units we don't manage do. The pool was closed temporarily and guest were allowed to use Chateau II pool until pool reopened the next day. (We only knew of this when we were alerted by another guest and called HOA) We take pride in our cleaning team and Housekeeping has been alerted to your complaints regarding the floors and coffee pot.
