Island Winds East Units: During Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and the Shrimp Festival event, each unit is allotted one (1) parking pass, regardless of its size. Extra parking options are available offsite, and please note that these arrangements may be subject to change.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

The view from 8th floor and the nice deck chairs were great. The pool was good and clean also had great furniture.

For the price the condo was fine.

The bed in the master was not comfortable. No tv in the second bedroom. The garbage shute was right outside the entrance and at times smelled horrible. The balcony connects to the balcony of the condo to the left so therefore we had no privacy. We had a great view of the ocean and it was close to several attractions so we were able to walk instead of drive. Some good things and some bad but we made the most of it and still had s good time.

2019. I am thrilled to announce that this condo has been fully remodeled and is now rated a Premium condo. We have replaced all the flooring, the beds/mattresses and all furniture in the condo. As you can see from the updated pictures, the kitchen and bathrooms are modern and up-to-date. The living room as well as both bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen TVs. You will love it here. We hope to welcome you and all your friends back to our beach “home away from home.”

Great Vacation!

Our stay was fantastic! Everything was just as it was advertised. Great location right on the beach. View was amazing! Only complaint was that the fridge wasn't super clean but it wasn't a huge issue. Would recommend this place to friends and would definitely stay here again.

Great room just one problem

Honestly loved our room! It was a great fit for my family, 2 adults+2 teens. Great location and beach access was perfect. Only issue is the trash chute is just outside the room entrance. Smelly at all times in the hall way... luckily can’t smell it in the room. They should move the trash away from the building and it would get 5 stars in my book!

Great condo

Enjoyed our stay in this condo. Only thing that would have made it better would have been if the second elevator was operational.
