The Villa and nice and sunny, individual 125m2. Ideal for 8 people. The fully enclosed property. 800m from the sanded beach, shopping center 150m.

At the Ground floor is a lounge with TV (TNT, Foreign oaks), 2 bedrooms (2x1pers. And 1x2Pers.) Complete bath room with machine washed, toilet separates.

In 1º floor and composed of a dining room and kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee elect., Toaster, kettle. 2 bedrooms (2x1pers. And 1 x 2 Pers.), Complete and spacious bathroom.
The outside terrace you have the 7m x 3m pool, plants, outdoor kitchen with barbecue and dishwasher.

Parking for one car.
Possibility to rent bed linen and towels (€ 10 .per.), Extra air conditioning (€ 30./ week).

Ein sehr schönes Haus.Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und äußerst behilflich.Sollte es an etwas fehlen dann hilft er sofort.Auch einiges an Tipps für die Umgebung hatte er auf Lager.Wir können dieses Objekt nur empfehlen.!!!

Schöne Urlaub

Wir haben sehr gute Urlsub gehabt. Ferienhaus ist schön, groß und hat alles, was man in Urlaub braucht. Inhaber ist sehr nett, immer hilfsbereit, hat uns gute Tipps zum Ausflüge gegeben, wir dürfen sogar früher einreisen. Haus ist gross, hat schöne pool, aussenküche und Grill. Nicht zu weit von Strand und zum Zentrum. Bäckerei um die Ecke. Küche ist nur am 1 OG, was sehr unpraktisch ist, daswegen haben wir nur aussenküche genutzt. Haus braucht paar modernesierungen, was laut Inhaber auch schon geplannt sind. Die Strasse ist laut, aber wir haben trozdem sehr schöne Urlaub gehabt. Danke William!

Séjour à empuriabrava

Le propriétaire est très sympathique. La maison est très propre. Des carrelages de la piscine se décollent et la maison est à plus de 800 mètres de la plage. Le bruit des voitures peut être dérangeant. Juste à côté de la location se trouvent des restaurants, une boulangerie et une location de bateaux pour naviguer sur les canaux.

Schöne Ferien mit Hund

Das Ferienhaus hat alles, was man braucht. Gut ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden, wie im Prospekt erwähnt. Pool sauber, jedoch lösen sich die Mosaiksteine. William sehr hilfsbereit und sofort zur Stelle, wenn man einen Wunsch hat. Einkäufe zum Bäcker zu Fuß erreichbar. 200 m zum Kanal, für Hunde optimal. Leider eine laute Straße. Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden. 👍🏼

Stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus , sehr zentral

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter verlief tadellos und di Lage des Hauses ist wirklich Top. Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Bäcker sind fußläufig zu erreichen, die Strandpromenade mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants entweder nach 15 minutigem Fußmarsch, oder in wenigen Minuten per Auto. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die viel befahrene Straße, aber das ist eben nicht zu ändern.

Schönes Haus

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub mit 6 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und der Vermieter immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Aufgrund der Hauptstraße und vielen Autos leider etwas laut aber erträglich. Der Pool wurde zwei mal die Woche gesäubert und war von der Größe optimal. In unmittelbarer Nähe war alles erreichbar: Supermarkt, Einkaufspromenade und Strand.

La maison et très propre et bien équipée, problème la cuisine est à l'étage pas pratique car pas de frigo en bas de la maison un à l'extérieur. Endroit bruyant, voitures en permanence. Un propriétaire très sympa et toujours à l'écoute. Je recommande cette maison

We hebben het fantastisch gehad! Prachtig huis op een super locatie! Heerlijk zwembad voor de deur. Op loopafstand van het strand en het centrum! Super service van de eigenaar.
