Ds new residence, studio air conditioning, sea view terrace.

New studio 28 m2, equipped for 4 people in Algajola, a small seaside resort 10 minutes from Ile-Rousse and 20 minutes from Calvi. No need for a car to go to the beach which is 500 m walk from the residence. Air-conditioned apartment, sea view terrace, equipped to take your meals outside. The studio is equipped with every comfort for 4 people, private parking space. Ponit fall ideal to enjoy the beach, to visit the Balagne and its surroundings. Possibility of renting linen, pets not desired, a seasonal rental contract will be established. You can reach me for more information. I am on hand to welcome you at the key collection, I would be happy to give you some good addresses and advise you for your various walks and you discover our beautiful region. The deposit is 300euros and must be paid to the owner on your arrival and will be returned if nothing broken.

Algajola face à la mer

Martine nous accueille chaleureusement avec bouteille d’eau au frais et biscuits maison.L’appartement, joliment décoré est fonctionnel et très propre. La vue du coucher de soleil sur la mer est magnifique chaque soir. Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse face à la nature est un réel plaisir. La région est très belle entre villages et mer.

Semaine au top dans ce studio bien équipé et bien placé

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cet appartement. Il est très bien agencé, bien équipé et très propre. La terrasse est très agréable et offre une jolie vue sur mer et montagne. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Martine qui a été disponible et nous a partagé les "bons plans" des alentours. Sans oublier les confitures maison que Martine nous a offertes et qui étaient délicieuses ! La proximité de la plage, et l'emplacement entre calvi,île rousse, et les villages de Corbara, Pigna, et San Antonio était idéale. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Appartement parfaitement adapté pour un couple, très cosy, à quelques minutes à pied de la superbe plage d’Algajola et d’Aregno! La propriétaire est très à l’écoute et disponible. Un endroit de corse magique par sa proximité de Calvi, l’île rousse et d’autres villes magnifiques! Nous reviendrons…

Appartamento molto piccolo (buono per 2, noi eravamo in 4..molto stretti) in posizione molto furba. Plage di Aregno raggiungibile a piedi (una parte del percorso non è bellissima). In macchina in pochi minuti si raggiungono spiagge bellissime. Lozari, Giunchidu, rocher, st. Restitude. Accessibili in pochi minuti anche i paesini di Pigna e S. Antonino. Appartamento abbastanza pulito, fornito di cucina completa, stoviglie, frigo, freezer, asciugacapelli, aspirapolvere. No lavatrice. Padrona cortese e disponibile.

Merci d'avoir laissé un commentaire suite à votre séjour. Je conçois que l'appartement n'est pas très grand mais vous deviez le savoir car l'annonce précise bien que c'est un studio de 28 m2! Vous déclarez que l'appartement est assez propre , je pense que d'après tous les hotes accueillis , l'appartement est nickel et je mets un point d'honneur à ce qu'il soit toujours impeccable.Et puis je ne vois pas la partie du parcours qui accède à la plage qui n'est pas belle....Enfin j'espère que votre séjour a quand meme été agréable !

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet, ein Gefrierfach fehlt aber. Nahe zum Strand. Nur ist es etwas schwierig gewesen die genaue Adresse rauszubekommen, da keine Hausnummer vorhanden ist.

Très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Mme pierre un studio tout confort ideal pour un couple avec 1 enfant. Une belle terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes dont on ne s'est pas lassé !! La clim a été un gros point fort ainsi que la terrasse à l'ombre l'après midi par ces grosses chaleurs. Résidence calme et très bien entretenue. L'emplacement est top pour visiter la Balagne et profiter de la plage daregno et de la jolie ville de algajola.

La residence est calme, propre et bien située. Le logement est très bien pour deux personnes. Il y a un parking toujours ouvert donc pas de problème de stationnement. Il manque juste une connexion Wi-Fi.

Algajola ist ein perfekter Ort um tolle Wanderungen und Ausflüge zu unternehmen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer schönen Ferienwohnung, die gut ausgestattet war. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr nett und die Verständigung war ok obwohl wir kein Wort französisch sprechen. Super war auch, daß wir schon um 11 Uhr anreisen dürften und bis 15 Uhr in der Wohnung bleiben dürften bei Abreise. Wir können die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist ruhig, wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. In der Umgebung kann man viele Unternehmungen machen und die Balagne entdecken, mit allen ihren Schönheiten. Der Strand in Algajola ist sehr schön und die anderen Strände in der nahen Umgebung sind auch top.

pour une première en Corse nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette location. l' appartement est idéalement situé ( entre mer et montagne) ..proche de calvi , de l ile rousse..etc..L 'appartement est très bien entretenu et la résidence est calme. Si l 'occasion se re présente nous retournons séjourner dans celui ci. Merci aussi à Madame Pierre pour son accueil et ses conseils pour visiter au mieux l ile de beauté.

Excellent séjour

Superbe appartement avec vue mer et montagne. Belle terrasse permettant de profiter un max du paysage et du lieu. Situation calme car la résidence est légèrement retirée de la route principale. Propreté impeccable. Accès très rapide à pied ou en voiture à la ville et à la plage. Notre séjour était parfait. Point de chute superbe pour découvrir la Balagne. A mi-chemin entre Calvi et l'île rousse avec de nombreux endroits à visiter pas trop éloignés. La propriétaire est très agréable. Nous y reviendrons sans doute!
