Welcome to your oceanfront condo! This charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom property is part of the Sea Cabin Condominiums, which sits right on some of the best beachfront in Isle of Palms, and is located close to dining, entertainment and shopping. As an end unit on the second floor, this condo has some of the best ocean views in the entire complex!
Things to know prior to booking your stay: โข The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor. โข Full Disclosure: There are small bunk beds built into the hallway โ they are loved by children and even perfect for some small adults. Theyโre also a great place to use for extra storage if not being used for sleeping! They measure 24โx72.5โ compared to standard twin size of 38โx75โ. โข All units are 490 sq. ft. โ they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen! โข Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying. โข Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated or download an app to pay! โข Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass during peak season (June 1 โ August 1). One extra pass may be requested during the off season. โข The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round. โข No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor. โข No pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is provided prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation. โข This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay! โโโโโโโ Enter the home and youโll find yourself in an entry hallway, with two conveniently cozy built-in twin bedsโkids will love sleeping in this spot! Bunk rails are provided. Journey onward and youโll come across the bathroom, which offers a shower-tub combo and a spacious vanity.
From here youโll travel on to the open concept living and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a coffee maker! Whip up a tasty breakfast to enjoy with your ocean views or create your own specialty for a big family dinner. The kitchen is beautifully redone and offers a clean and modern feel, with an elegant backsplash and extra counter space.
The living area is designed to be your beachy getaway, furnished with a plush sofa and a cushy chair. Youโll enjoy plenty of natural light in this area, as there are extra windows since this is an end unitโrevel in an ocean view from multiple vantage points! There is a flat-screen TV in the living area with cable, so you can take in a vacation movie night if you wish, or just relax and flip through the channels in-between trips to the beachโthereโs also a DVD player if you want to bring your favorites!
A four-seater dining set under a large window makes for the perfect place to take your meals, or you can dine al fresco on the ocean-facing balcony. Just past sliding glass doors you can access the balcony, which offers a table and chairs, and as an end unit has unparalleled views. Wake up in the morning to have your coffee with the sunrise over the Atlantic and enjoy a quick and easy walk to the beach just beyond your front door.
Inside youโll find the bedroom, which features a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, and flat-screen TVโthe perfect place to unwind after a long day at the beach! This unit also comes with community amenities, such as the seaside resort-style pool, and use of a private fishing pier. The Sea Cabins put you in touch with the best of the isle lifestyle!
The Sea Cabins are 490 square feet and share a Community Pool, Laundry Facility, and have access to a Private Fishing Pier. Located right on Ocean Blvd, this is a Great Location to be within walking distance to Local Restaurants, Grocery Store, Shopping, and the County Park! The Sea Cabin Condominiums are comprised of a three building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach. This is also the only lifeguarded area on the island = comfort in safety! The complex has a large pool. Try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests, or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves.
Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, dining, nightly entertainment and post office are a short walk from the complex.
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
The Sea Cabin Condominiums share a Community Pool including a kiddie pool, Coin Laundry Facility, and have access to a Private Fishing Pier! These condos are each 490 square feet and are comprised of a three-building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. This is also the only lifeguarded area on the island = comfort in safety!
A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

This condo was the perfect spot for a quick beach getaway! Great views and the condo was comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect to walk to restaurants and shops.

First time staying in this location and it did not disappoint. It was our first time to Charleston in this location on the beach was a great place to stay that allowed us to venture out and see all the Charleston had to offer. The condo was clean and well provisioned and showed exactly like the description stated. We would definitely stay there again
We were more than happy with our accommodations. We had an issue with no sound on the television and our contact person tried desperately to fix it. She ended up calling their maintenance who got back to us immediately. Turns out there was a whole house upgrade and afterwards we had sound.
Clean place and easy beach access. Great view of the ocean from the balcony, which is shaded in the afternoon. Condo is within walking distance of restaurants on the main street.
My husband and I spent 4 days in IOP and our condo was perfect! Walking up to the sunrise and beach/ocean views was amazing. Being on the end unit means you are only a few steps from the beach! The entire Sea Cabins community was also very quiet. We will definitely be back

This was a perfect getaway for us. The pool was clean and refreshing with just a short walk to the .
My overall experience was wonderful the only thing they need to do to 247C cabins as replace the couch with a pull out sofa bed itโs time for it to go .

This was the perfect spot to watch the water all day!! The unit smelled so clean upon arrival and was perfect to walk to the beach and to many restaurants. We spent most of our time on the balcony just relaxing and watching the ocean.

Communication with the rental company was great. The condo was right on the corner so you have views of the ocean everywhere you look. Pool area was nice. Loved the fishing pier. We saw some large ships and surfers from the balcony. We will be back !

This condo is in the perfect place for most of what is going on in Isle of Palms. It's a perfect size for 2 but might be tight for a family of 4 or 6. Rental company went out of their way to answer all my questions. Very nice people. Great view of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean and set up when we got there. Had a little trouble with the access code on check-in, but Carroll Realty got it fixed quickly. Plenty of room with a bedroom, two bunk beds and a couch pullout bed. Easy walk to the beach, plenty of linens and towels.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first.
