Wooded environment, and at the same time very close to the city center. Private parking space. Shops and tram in the immediate vicinity.
Everything can be done on foot without a car, including the beach :)

Très bien

Location très propre, et surtout grande sensation d'espace ..le salon est très grand; les chambres, la cuisine indépendante, spacieuses et lumineuses. Jardin pas très grand, mais suffisant pour les enfants pour le "tracteur" et les jeux divers. Terrasse pour manger à l'extérieur, balcons donnant sur les jardins environnants ...avons passé de bons moments, avec de plus un tas d'activités accessibles en tramway, ce qui évite de prendre la voiture. A conseiller.

vraiment chouette

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, bien reçu par le proprio qui nous a fait un bon topo des visites et restaurants à faire. L'appartement est conforme à la description, propre et lumineux, dans un quartier calme et relativement proche du centre historique ( vélos le top). Nous approuvons !
